and a B.com graduate from Mumbai as a trainer with a work experience of

OUR METHODS: NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming)

NLP is a method of changing thought patterns and associations to get out of the habits and fears. It offers various strategies to move towards your ideal self and what you wish to achieve, and to break free from what is holding you back.

Here’s a demonstration to understand how the brain works:

Step 1: Picture a food item that you feel neutral about right now.

(I.e. you don’t really want it, but could eat it.)

Step 2: Make this picture black and white, and push it far away in the distance, as

it gets smaller. How do you feel about eating it right now?

Step 3: Make the picture come closer and closer, make it bright, three-

dimensional, as it gets bigger and closer in front of you. Is it more appealing than

it was in Step 2?

For everything we want or don’t want, our brain makes pictures, sounds or feelings. NLP is used to alter this process, and connect it to

elicit the responses you desire, so that the change becomes easy.
