SIAM ROYAL OCEAN VIEW

Hello again all part owners and customers of Siam Royal Ocean View. ( 04.11.2013. )

Here is the newsletter with the last updates regarding the progress of the Siam Royal Ocean View project.

The rainy season seems to come to an end and even as usual there has not been too much rain in this area; we have had some heavy showers lately.

Since the last newsletter there has been a lot of activity around the building process and what we are now looking forward to is the construction of the first floor starting this week.

The office is being filled up with sanitary equipment, tiles and other things that are required to give each flat the high standard, which is the norm for all the flats in our projects.

In the last newsletter we told you that we had completed all of the footing and that we were well underway with the basement floor.

When writing this, which is about one month later, the basement floor, as well as the walls, the columns and the driveway down to the basement have all been completed.

During this week first floor and all first floor columns will be finished.

When the construction of the following floors starts, it will go very fast. The plan is to complete one floor every 7 to 10 days.

In the administration the most important work now is to decide which products to use and start the ordering process.

Until the next newsletter everything is related to the construction of floors and in accordance with the progress plan floor number 3 should be completed in a month’s time when the next newsletter is issued.
