SIA Engineering Company Incorporates Additive Flight Solutions SINGAPORE, 2 July 2018 – SIA Engineering Company Limited (“SIAEC”) and Stratasys Ltd. have incorporated an additive manufacturing joint venture company, Additive Flight Solutions Pte Ltd. This follows SIAEC and Stratasys’ announcement on 8 February 2018 of the intent to set up an additive manufacturing centre to provide 3D printed parts for use in commercial aviation. This joint venture company will be based in Singapore. SIAEC holds a 60% equity stake in the company, with Stratasys holding the remaining 40%. By leveraging additive manufacturing technology, the company will offer design, engineering, certification support and parts production to customers worldwide, including the production of plastic aircraft cabin interior parts for airlines as well as tooling for maintenance, repair and overhaul providers and original equipment manufacturers. With this addition, SIAEC will have a comprehensive portfolio of 26 joint ventures across 8 countries with leading OEMs and other strategic partners. The incorporation of the above joint venture company is not expected to have a material impact on the financial performance of the SIAEC Group in FY2018/19. None of the Directors of SIAEC has any interest, direct or indirect, in the transaction. * * * * *

SINGAPORE, 2 July 2018 – SIA Engineering Company Limited (“SIAEC”) and Stratasys

Ltd. have incorporated an additive manufacturing joint venture company, Additive Flight

Solutions Pte Ltd. This follows SIAEC and Stratasys’ announcement on 8 February 2018 of the
