Communication Touch screen & GPS enabledOn-board Computers were
deployed on all HEMM to connect them seamlessly with the central
control room(CCR) on the wireless backbone. Additional Sensors and
Health Monitoring interfaces were deployed on the entire HEMM fleet
which was heterogeneous in nature, having equipments from more than
5+ OEMs. Computing Hardware, System Software, RDBMS and Dynamine
Application Software. Central Control Room for monitoring of Mining
Operations was established at Mineoffice. Increased utilisation of
HEMM thus increasing their productivity Excavator TPH went up by
12% as compared to the same period in previous year. Fuel
Consumption reduction Excavator Fuel Consumption reduced by 5% as
compared to the same period in previous year Reduced idle time of
HEMMs Idle time reduced by 50+ minutes per shift Reduced response
time of maintenance team leading to higher HEMM availability.
Improved availability and utilisation. Integrated Mining Command

for Defence Research & Development Laboratory (DRDL) The
Defence Research and Development Laboratory (DRDL) is the countrys
main centre for Integrated Missile Development Programme. DRDL is
known to design, develop and evaluate the flight of various types
of missile systems for the Indian Army. The DRDLs Integrated Fire
Control System of Brahmos missile required independent verification
and validation (IV & V), for all the lifecycle phases of the
project. HOW WE DID IT BUSINESS BENIFITS In order to achieve the
benefits that DRDL envisioned, CMC deployed software that has
Real-time and non-real time GUI components along with on-board
simulators. Various modulesare also present in the software Modules

facilities for online tracking of movement of Tank Trucks, replay
of movement of TTs based on historical data to detect exact
location of unauthorised halt and route deviation, and exception
generation for unauthorised stoppages and route deviation in case
TTs are not adhering to assigned routes. CMC mounted VMUs on
tankers reporting to 120 IOCL depots across India. It is first of
its kind IT solution implemented in India. State-of-the-art
technology to IOCL by developing and implementing VTS Real-time
update about the location of the oil tankers Provided support
services to the 120 locations of IOCL through length and breadth of
the country CMC provided high accuracy maps as per Geological
Survey of India for each route and customised it to indicate
depots, terminals, etc. centrally monitor the movement of all the
oil tankers CMCs BOLT helps BSE trade seamlessly

for a centralised banking application. It providesthe following,
CMC was able to deploy its solution VeDAS: SDLC approach was used
to implement changes in the existing system. Design Methodology:
Structured Systems Analysis and Design (SSAD) With the help of
VeDAS, the clearance and settlement procedures of stock trading
havebecome faster, smoother and a reliable process, minimising all
possibilities of errors. The following are the achievements of the
project which CMC undertook on behalf of CDSCL and NepSE. Complete
implementation of the depository solution Complete implementation

to Citizen initiative of Chhattisgarh Government - CHOICE
CHOICE projectdelivers citizen services in atransparent, efficient,
legal and secure wayusing the tools and technologies of ICT and
public participation with government PPCP model covered under the
IT ACT The newly formed state of Chhattisgarh approached CMC Ltd in
