Phi Beta Lambda (PBL) is the college division of Future Business Leaders of America, the largest and oldest student business organization in the world. PBL has over 55+ business-related competitions in various fields, including Marketing/Management, Advertising, Sales, Accounting/Finance, and Hospitality.
Phi Beta Lambda participated in “Desktop Publishing” competition, which required the team to create a marketing packet for an eco-friendly personal care company, including a logo, half page advertisement, brochure, and a poster.

MGT 4390S, Business Contracts/Negotiation
Will be offered in San Marcos during the fall semester on Monday evenings, 6:30—9:20 pm. This course focuses on
techniques for the development and strategic planning required for successfully negotiating business contracts, negotiation
skills, and conflict resolution issues/techniques. MGT 4373 is a prerequisite for this course, which will count as an advanced
HR elective for management majors with the HR concentration or an advanced management elective for general management majors. Submit a closed class request form to the department via our website if you are interested in enrolling in the course.
