Dear Sir/Madam, 1. Your son/daughter/ward SWARAJ VIJAY PATIL AISSEE Roll No 513334 has been selected for admission to Class VI in Sainik School Chandrapur under CATEGORY HD. 1. Keeping in view Nation wide lockdown in the country due to COVID-19, online provisional admission will be given to your son/daughter/ward subject to his/her confirming to the age limit given below, online deposit of fee and submission of mandatory admission documents. Candidate who is given provisional admission will be called for final admission/joining the school when the school re-opens after COVID-19 crisis.

(a) Age limit for Class VI : The date of birth should be between 01 Apr 2008 to 31 Mar 2010 (both days inclusive). (b) Age limit for Class IX : The date of birth should be between 01 Apr 2005 to 31 Mar 2007 (both days inclusive).

2. Submission of Mandatory Documents through Online. The following documents are mandatory required for grant of provisional admission. Last date for submission of online documents is 10 June 2020 for Class IX and 15 June 2020 for class VI. These documents are required to be submitted to Sainik School Chandrapur, properly scanned and legible in PDF format through email [email protected]. Incomplete/ineligible documents will not be accepted. In case of any doubt/query, the same may be resolved on Mobile No 9503007853 or 8275834466 during 10.00 AM to 05.00 PM on all working days. The Original copies of all the documents would be required to be submitted to Sainik School Chandrapur at the time of physical joining of school :-

(a) Birth certificate of candidate issued by respective State Department of Medical Health & Family Welfare / competent State Govt Authority. (b) Domicile certificate of candidate as per format attached as Appendix ‘A’ or standard form issued by the respective State Govt authority. (c) Domicile certificate of parent as per format attached as Appendix ‘B’ or standard form issued by the respective State Govt authority. (d) Caste certificate (SC/ST Candidates only) as per format attached as Appendix ‘K’ or standard form issued by the respective State Govt authority.

(e) Copy of Aadhar Card of Candidate.

(f) Copy of Aadhar Card of Parents (Both Father and Mother) (g) Digital photograph of cadet (passport size) (h) Marks Sheet/Annual Report Card of class last attended.

(j) Transfer certificate from school last studied duly countersigned by District Education Officer (where applicable). Incase it is not possible due to lockdown, a certificate from the school as per format attached as Appendix ‘O’ (h) Service certificate duly signed by the Commanding Officer of the Unit in the case of serving armed forces personnel.

(j) Ex-serviceman certificate issued by District Soldier Welfare Officer, in the case of ex-serviceman.

(k) Undertaking from the parents with regard to submission of original documents at the time of admission, as per format given at Appendix ‘N’.

4. Scrutiny of Documents Submitted Online. After submission of documents by the parents as mentioned in Para 3 above, these documents will be scrutinized by Sainik School Chandrapur. The candidates, whose documents are found to be correct, as per school requirement, will be allotted School Number. Thereafter, parents will be informed about acceptance of documents along with School Number of the cadet. 5. Payment of online Fee. After receipt of information from Sainik School Chandrapur regarding acceptance of documents for provisional admission and School Number of the cadet, the school fee to be deposited through NEFT/RTGS to Sainik School Chandrapur school account. The information regarding Sainik School Chandrapur account will be intimated to parents after acceptance of provisional admission and allocation of school number. It is reiterated that the fee is to be deposited only after receipt of information from Sainik School Chandrapur regarding acceptance of provisional admission of candidate and allocation of school number. The details of fee are as follows :-

6. Once the fee is credited in the school account, the candidate will be given provisional admission in the school and the same will be intimated to the parents through email/SMS/WhatsApp Message. Receipt for fee can be obtained from the School at the time of joining of the cadet at the school. 7. Online Classes. After giving the provisional admission in the school, the cadet will be allowed to join online classes for which the parents would have to intimate their WhatsApp Number and e-mail ID in advance. 8. Final Admission/Joining the School. As all are aware that the schools are closed due to COVID-19, the same will reopen as per directions from the Central/State Govts/Sainik School Society. Accordingly, final date of admission/joining dates of new entrants will be decided by the School and the

8. Final Admission/Joining the School. As all are aware that the schools are closed due to COVID-19, the same will reopen as per directions from the Central/State Govts/Sainik School Society. Accordingly, final date of admission/joining dates of new entrants will be decided by the School and the same will be intimated to the parents through email/School website https://www.sainikschoolchandrapur.com. 9.
