with the other hand, hold onto God.

See no fault in anyone. Find all mistakes within
yourself.
LEARN
To make the entire universe your own.
CONTINUE
To recite mantras until meditation comes. Do
not leave your recitation until your mind sits
still.
REPEATING
The holy names, the mind automatically
becomes quiet.
