The Marqués de Terán CollectionCryo – maceration: producing the healthiest wine with the most flavour.

Avant-garde winery with a unique architectural concept and focus on quality.80% of the winery is below ground making it one of the most advanced in the world. First winery in the world to apply geothermal energy for keeping constant temperature during wine-making.Use of cryo-maceration to extract optimum fruit (the application of dry ice to create cold conditions for maceration).Cryo-maceration results in highest levels of Resveratrol and Quercetin (10 times as much), which have many health benefits including heart health, fight cancer, protect skin health and lower inflammation. Cryo-maceration creates stability of taste and high anti-oxidation stability leading to reduced use or complete absence of SO2 in the finished wine.Optimum flavour is achieved through theterroir, hand harvesting of select grapes andcryo-maceration,which extracts the greatest level of aromas and fruit from the grape. It extracts more colour, tannin, body and natural sugars (higher alcohol), resulting in a softer, fuller mouthfeel. These wines are more fruit forward and ripe with pronounced colour and aroma intensity, well-balanced, smooth and round in the mouth.Wines from Marques de Teran are the choice of more than 1000 restaurants including many Michelinsuch as Zalacain, Arzak, La Venta de Moncalvillo. Awarded winery of the year 2010 by La Buena Mesa, the Spanish Association of Restaurants.

The Callejo family has devoted their lives to making wines in a genuine, thoughtful and natural way including organic farming, without pesticides, and by fertilizing with natural substances. Great care and passion is applied throughout the winemaking process, from hand-harvesting and hand-sorting, through to vinification, with a second fermentation in oak and maturation in French oak prior to bottling.

The Tilenus CollectionSpain’s most elegant wine, touted as Spanish Burgundy.

DO Bierzo is widely regarded the Burgundy of Spain due to the smooth and elegant wines produced in this region from its native Mencía grape.Within DO Bierzo, Tilenus along with Palacios, are touted as the most elegant of wines from this region. With a global presence, these can be found in many top restaurants worldwide many of them Michelin-starred.Tilenus wines are made under the renowned winemaker Raúl Pérez who is one of Spain’s brightest winemaking stars and a national treasure to Spain. His wines frequently score 96 or above by Robert Parker.Mencía, the indigenous grape unique to DO Bierzo, has the ethereal nature (delicate, soft, refined) of Pinot Noir, the earthy fragrance of Cabernet Franc, and the structure and poise of Italy’s Nebbiolo.Tilenus’ Pieros and Pagos de Posada wines offer silky, ripe tannins, a pronounced complexity of flavour and beautiful balance with an exotic earthiness and minerality which makes some wine experts compare these wines to the top Volnay from Burgundy.Tilenus offers five wines in the series: Joven, Roble, Crianza, Pagos de Posada and Pieros, all of which score above 90 Parker points.Bodegas Estefania was named one of the 20 best new wineries in 2004. The winery logo bears a “Coin” from Roman empire circa 2000 years ago. The coin was discovered in the vineyard, and is now held in the Archaeological Museum of Madrid.

The vineyards are situated on steep hillsides at altitudes as high as 1000 meters, and the average age of the vines is 80 years . Low yields, hand harvesting and traditional winemaking result in wines of the most enduring elegance.Peter Kwong, the sommelier ranked 2nd in Asia and 16th in the world, has praised Tilenus as the best “Pinot Noir” style of wine outside Burgundy.

Pieros, the winery’s top wine, is made using the best and most expensive French oak barrel T-5 Taransaud for aging. T-5 uses wood exclusively from the exceptional forests of France, and is then seasoned for 5 years in open air before crafting into barriques.

Spain’s King Juan Carlos I and Queen Sofia have selected Duke of Yorkshire as their preferred wines to drink in the Palace in Madrid.

Bishops Benedict XVI and Juan Pablo II have also drank Duke of Yorkshire as their wine of choice.

The Santa Rufina winery follow the traditional and natural approach to winemaking, by bottling their wines unrefined, unfiltered to give a more rich, complex result as the wine evolves in the bottle.

Most people have difficulty in describing this wine due to its complexity and layers of flavour that evolve with maturation.

The winery is situated on a dried river bed of thou sand years, producing a myriad of soil types and the grapes grown here produce extraordinary wines.

Made from Spanish iconic Tempranillo grape from the small but high-quality wine producing region of DO Cigales, situated in the north of Spain.

AMORESSHERRY & BRANDY

Our exquisite range of Sherries includes all variations of this unique wine, from the dry, mineral flavours of Manzanilla and Fino to the aromatic tastes of Amontillado and the smoky sweetness of Moscatel. We also offer our authentic selection of Brandy de Jerez, aged in the same barrels used to age Sherry, lending sweet Sherry notes of fig, vanilla and toasted almond to the Brandy.

The Delgado Zuleta CollectionWorld’s oldest Sherry winery and supplier to Spanish Royal family.

Jerez, the most historical DO in Spain, where winemaking dates back to 1100 BC.

Delgado Zuleta was established in 1744 and is the oldest Sherry winery in Spain.

Since 19th century Delgado Zuleta has been the supplier to the Spanish Royal family. Our wines were served at the wedding of Principe Felipe and Doña Letizia in 2004, now the King and Queen of Spain.

To taste sherry is to taste a moment of history, each drop contains a fraction of the very first sherry produced and placed in the winery’s “solera” centuries ago.

In the 16th century, sherry had a reputation in Europe as the world’s finest wines and sherry exports took off.

Christopher Columbus brought sherry on his voyage to the New World. Shakespeare, Charles Dickens, Washington Irving and Harry Potter writer JK Rowling have all cited Sherry wines in their work.

Sherry has many health benefits. The famous Scottish doctor Alexander Fleming said: “if penicillin cures, Jerez resuscitates dead people”. Sherry is proven to lower cholesterol and improve cardiovascular health.

Home of Quo Vadis VORS Amontillado which has been awarded 97 Robert Parker points.

Michelin Stars restaurants love Zuleta wines; our range of Sherries feature on the menus of many prestigious Michelin star restaurants including Restaurant Quique Dacosta (Alicante, 3 stars), Santceloni (Madrid, 2 stars), Aponiente (Puerto de Santa Maria).

MAJESTIC BRANDYmerito 15Alcohol: 40%Ageing: Brandy aged for more than 15 years using the traditional Jerez nursery system of Soleras and Criaderas in 500 and 600 litres American oak vats (botas) which were previously used to mature 10-year old Oloroso Sherry. The long oxidative ageing in the botas converts the holandas (distillate) into brandy conferring a clear varnish brown colour and intense nutty and vanilla aromas.Tasting Notes: Tawny brown in colour, with a characteristic nutty aroma and hints of vanilla from the oak. On the palate, flavours of dried fruits and nuts mingle with sweet spice, toast and vanilla, all integrated with delicate fruit aromas of the grape. A perfectly structured brandy with a smooth and velvety mouthfeel and a lengthy aftertaste.
