B’nai B’rith’s ADL: 100 Years of Deception: Leo Frank, Abe Foxman, & Minister Farrakhan

This year the Anti-Defamation League of B’nai B’rith (ADL) celebrates 100 years of open hatred and bigotry against the freedom aims of Black people. It is an organi-zation whose foundation and history are as racist and malev-olent as any secret society, and it has proved itself to be dedi-cated to maintaining white supremacy for all time. Last week, its grand ruler Abe Fox-man—whose life work bears an uncanny resemblance to Dr. King’s notorious nemesis, Birmingham’s Eugene “Bull” Connor—continued his attack on Black freedom by derisive-ly referring to the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan’s monumental year-long series The Time and What Must Be Done as “52-weeks of hate.”

Today, by Allah’s grace, we have clear guidance that allows us to decipher the tricks of an open enemy through the win-dow of history and the sun-light of truth. To better see the ADL going forward, let us first look backward—more than 52 weeks—to a birth record that goes back 170 years.

In October of 1843, twelve Jewish merchants gathered in New York to establish the ADL’s parent organization B’nai B’rith. The Hebrew words mean “Sons of the Covenant,” a title that refers to the bond God es-tablished with the Children of Israel in Genesis 15:13-14: And he said unto Abram, Know of a surety that thy seed shall be a stranger in a land that is not theirs, and shall serve them; and they shall afflict them four hundred years;

And also that nation, whom they shall serve, will I judge:

and afterward shall they come out with great substance.The claim of these white Europeans to be the bibli-

cal Chosen People has been definitively disproved (see Shlomo Sand’s book The Invention of the Jewish People);

nevertheless, these B’nai B’rith founders chose to adopt that mantle on behalf of American Jews. They posed as “strang-ers” in their adopted land, but Jews were so well entrenched on the profit side of the slave system that they joined Pha-raoh’s team and embraced African slavery without reser-vation. B’nai B’rith organizers put the “covenant” aside and established branches among the many Jewish planters and merchants throughout the South. By the time that civil war broke out in 1861, Afri-cans had faced affliction and slavery for 306 years. But when these “Sons of the Covenant” met the “Sons of the Confed-erates,” they became one. So many Jewish merchants were collaborating with the South-ern Confederates that a Lin-coln administration official deemed the B’nai B’rith to be a “disloyal organization” that “help[ed] the traitors.”

Throughout the history of Black people, B’nai B’rith leaders are conspicuously found aiding Black enslave-ment—not Black freedom—and the 512-page Nation of Is-

lam book The Secret Relationship Between Blacks and Jews, Vol. 2, makes this abundantly clear. “Sons of the Cove-nant” were slave owners, plantation owners, and bankers financing the purchases of slaves. For another 100 years after slavery Jewish planters, moneylenders, and mer-chants—dubbed by scholar W. E. B. Du Bois as the “heirs

2of the slave-barons”—continued to enslave Black people, this time through sharecropping and debt peonage.

Southern senator Zebulon Vance dedicated his life to ensuring that after slavery Blacks would never rise in any capacity above servant and menial laborer. In Ra-leigh, North Carolina, the B’nai B’rith has held an annual wreath-laying ceremony at his statue, with Nathan Straus, the Jewish head of Macy’s department store, financing it. Arkansas governor Jeff Davis—whose most “trusted lieu-tenant” was B’nai B’rith president Charles Jacobson—pub-licly defended the lynching of Blacks. He and Jacobson supported the Arkansas Streetcar Segregation Act of 1903, which established the same discrim-ination Rosa Parks would fight in Alabama more than a half century later. A B’nai B’rith member helped create and install Birmingham’s in-ferior “colored” school system, while all of that city’s wealthy Jewish busi-ness owners practiced the harsh-est forms of segregation. The B’nai B’rith was the staunchest supporter of President Woodrow Wilson, even though he systematically eliminated Blacks from government jobs, just as Adolf Hitler would do to the Jews in Germany.

Meanwhile, the national presi-dent of B’nai B’rith, Simon Wolf (1836–1923), was speaking publicly and proudly of the true Covenant of Jewish power: “We all know that the first bankers of the world—Rothschilds—are Jews; we know they control not only the money mar-ket, but also the political destiny of the European world…” Mr. Wolf could have added that the Rothschilds’ immense fortune was built totally on that family’s marketing of the many products of the slave trade—cotton, sugar, coffee, and tobacco, among them.

Blacks today might be shocked to pull off the hood of a Ku Klux Klansman and find a yarmulke (a Jewish skull cap) underneath. But B’nai B’rith public relations direc-tor Bernard Postal wrote that “Jews Played a Part in All of [the] Klan-Like Organizations…” He revealed that “The manufacturers of the ubiquitous Klan night-gown have frequently been Jews.”

Chinese Americans would probably be interested to know that B’nai B’rith official Isidor N. Choynski attacked the Chinese for taking jobs from Caucasian workers: “If ever there was a blot on American civilization it is this Chinese curse,” he wrote in the major Jewish newspaper

American Israelite. The Japanese fared a little better: “[T]he Japs look decent and are far preferable to the

heathen Chinese; yet [they are] as close and calculating as their moon-eyed cousins.”

And so with its demonstrated record of demolishing Black freedoms, the B’nai B’rith went ahead and estab-lished a new division in 1913, calling it the Anti-Defa-mation League of B’nai B’rith, a group its founders claim would be dedicated to confronting “anti-Semitism” in America.

The ADL claims that its very first and most-celebrated effort was in the Leo Frank Case in Atlanta, Georgia. Frank was a fac-tory manager and president of the Atlanta chapter of B’nai B’rith. In 1913, he was convicted of murder-ing a 13-year-old Gentile girl in his factory on the Jewish Sabbath after he had tried to rape her. With the evidence mounting against him, Leo Frank—true to B’nai B’rith form—blamed one Black man for the murder, then another. When those Blacks stood up and gave tes-timony that proved Frank’s guilt, he tried to dismiss them as “niggers” and “criminals.” He hired private detectives who planted evidence to frame the Black men, all the while maintaining that he as a white man

was not capable of the murder because murder and rape were “negro crimes.” When a Southern white prosecutor, jury, and judge sided with the Blacks, Frank and the ADL cried “Anti-Semitism”!

How do we know that “anti-Semitism” is a phony ADL creation? Because the aforementioned president of B’nai B’rith, Simon Wolf, wrote in 1906 that if there were “anti-Semitism” in America, he “failed to find it.” He added om-inously: “There is more danger of anti-semitism arising from our own ranks than from any that may come from those of other faiths.”

By the time Abe Foxman took over in 1987, the ADL had become successor to J. Edgar Hoover’s ruthlessly rac-ist COINTELPRO operation. The ADL was soon spy-ing on 12,000 individuals and more than 950 groups. The NAACP, the Nation of Islam, and even Pres. Nelson Mandela and his African National Congress (ANC) were among the many, many victims of ADL espionage.

And what happened to the ADL’s original mission? In 2009, Israeli documentary filmmakers followed Foxman

and his staff around for a few weeks to try to chronicle this alleged “anti-Semitism.” A fascinating sequence shows a nervous ADL official at a computer vainly trying to pro-duce a single case of “anti-Semitism” for the filmmakers, even though the ADL had claimed 1,500 incidents that year! The Israeli-produced film titled Defamation remains the most devastating exposé of the ADL’s farcical opera-tion on record.

So this is the time-honored and white supremacist legacy of the Anti-Defamation League of B’nai B’rith. It teaches Blacks two things: (1) that no people with such a racist legacy could possibly be “The Sons of the Cov-enant”; and (2) that The Most Honorable Elijah Muham-mad was correct: “The enemy cannot be but a hypocrite who will now try to change to offer you friendship. The

same enemy who fought and killed you yesterday cannot turn overnight and become your friend.”

Abe Foxman has stuck out his hypocritical hand of “friendship” to Blacks, his fist full of 170 years of wick-ed and racist deception. The ADL targets the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan because he knows their well-documented history and has revealed it to the world. The Minister has also revealed the true identity of the Chil-dren of the Covenant with these words: “The Honorable Elijah Muhammad said that Almighty God Allah revealed to him that the Black people of America are the REAL Children of Israel and we are the choice of God and that unto us, He will deliver His Promise.”

We can be Allah’s Chosen or the Jews’ Deceived. The choice is now in our hands.

On April 25, 2013, the New York Times posted an article by Sharon LaFraniere titled “U.S. Opens Spigot After Farm-ers Claim Discrimination,” where she vilifies Black farmers, accusing them of cheating the government out of millions of dollars. Black farmers did not develop, approve, or im-plement the “consent decree” springing from the Pigford v. Glickman class-action lawsuit, so how can she blame them for a botched job done by some white lawyers.

Many lawsuits were brought against the USDA from 1982 through 1998. All of them were thrown out of court based on a number of “legal” excuses. Most of these law-suits were brought by Black lawyers. However, when a white lawyer, Alexander Pires, filed his lawsuit in 1998, his was accepted by the court over the objections of the very Black farmers whom he claimed to be representing.

The Black farmers knew that they had a serious problem when they read the consent decree brokered by Al Pires, himself a former justice department lawyer, with the pres-ent justice department lawyers representing the USDA. Yes, a group of white buddies went into a huddle together and attacked the Black farmers from both sides. The Black farmers knew that one line in that document written or accepted by Al Pires would be used as a loophole for the government to get out of paying any Black farmer that it chose not to pay. The document required that each farm-er claiming that he was denied a USDA loan had to give the name of a “similarly situated” white farmer who got that same type of loan in that same year. There were two major problems with this “setup”: 1. The settlement was decided out of court; therefore there was no “discovery” which would have allowed the farmers to see the records of that “similarly situated” white farmer. And 2. The term “similarly situated” was left to be interpreted by the adju-dicators hired by this same government.

Over 300 farmers came to the Fairness Hearing in March of 1999 to voice very specific objections to the consent de-cree. Judge Friedman even agreed with the changes that the farmers demanded; however, Al Pires did not want to change one line. Judge Friedman signed this decree know-ing that it was defective and said in the decree itself that Black farmers would probably never get justice in a court of law and that it was their sticking together and pricking the conscious of Congress that got them this far. It seems that the “court” that he was referring to was his own.

A number of lead plaintiffs pulled out of the lawsuit in protest. The result was that 61% (about 3/5ths) of the

remaining applicants who entered the class action were accepted and 39% were rejected. Now, among the 39% rejected were the majority of the farmers who owed the USDA money and were thereby subject to foreclosure. This is significant because the original reason why the Black Farmers and Agriculturalists Association (BFAA) was established and went to court was not to get a $50,000 cash settlement, but to stop the foreclosure pro-ceedings against the land of about 3,000 Black farmers and to retrieve over 2 million acres of land taken by the USDA that was sitting in its inventory. Al Pires shifted the whole purpose of the lawsuit from land to money.

Black farmers in desperation not only filed legal papers against Al Pires but took over a USDA office in Browns-ville, Tenn., on July 1, 2002, for continuing discrimina-tion by the same USDA personnel implicated in the law suit. This activity forced the press to finally recognize the cries of the Black farmers. An August 13, 2002, article by the Washington Post pointed out issues that Black farm-ers had complained about since 1999. For instance, in this settlement there was no “pot of cash” for plaintiffs to divide, as is the norm in class-action cases. In fact, no one won any money automatically. Each farmer still had to prove he had been personally discriminated against. But these farmers were forced to prove discrimination without access to the records of white farmers who got loans.

The Black farmers were told by Al Pires and his “agents” that prevailing in this consent decree would be as easy as “tying your shoes.” If you prevailed and re-ceived the $50,000, then “all” of your USDA debt would be forgiven. The farmers were told by respected dark-skinned “leaders” that this was the best deal that they could ever expect to get and they should not question these good white lawyers.

The reality turned out to be that the Black farmers were given “shoes with no laces” to tie and even if they prevailed, not all of their debt was forgiven. In fact, fore-closure proceedings on this same set of farmers were put in motion and many of them have lost their land. The mass media have turned a deaf ear to our protests and perpetuate the lie that the Black farmers “won.” The re-ality is that we were tricked. Now the New York Times swoops down for the kill and portrays the Black farm-ers as frauds, liars, and crooks—even though it was the white law firms that got the proverbial “30 talents of sil-ver” and the Black farmers were left “holding the bag” with no land in it.

No people should be deprived of the truth and the knowledge of their history.

I think it is just and necessary to teach the history of the Trans Atlantic Slave Trade in schools as it will help the victims of that brutal and inhumane act to in-sure it is not repeated

This is a most history in order for the american story to be com-plete.

The true history of black people should be taught to our children so that they may understand their true identity and develop the knowledge and wisdom to dismantle the system of white supremacy.

We are coming together on vital issues concerning the original peo-ple of the earth. May Allah be pleased.

We must educate all people to what happened to us and what can be done to correct the problem in a dignified manner that is approved by Allah/GOD.

I agree, the secret relationship between blacks and jews should be taught in all the schools, colleges, and universities of this country!

This should be mandatory study lesson, for most white teachers when arriving at this chapter in text books. They conveniently decide to skip the chapters discussing black history and move on to other chapters in the book.

Accurate knowledge is essential for the viability of a people. We will not rise as a nation till we are properly educated. this will not happen in today’s secular education system, unless tyhe curriculim is rooted in truth.

I support this cause 1000%. As an educator of and for ‘at risk youth’, I have found that they are totally amazed when they learn that we, Blacks and Hispanics, have a rich history full of splendor, knowledge and fame. We must return to our way of educating our own and teaching them the knowledge of self, the knowledge of God and the true meaning of free-dom, justice and equality.
