• Two plate designs address a wide variety of fracture cases: Low Profile plate reduces soft tissue irritation and is designed to be placed 2cm distal to the rotator cuff attachment to minimize subacromial impingement. Greater Tuberosity plate is placed further proximally on greater tuberosity to allow increased coverage and bone purchase.

• Both plate designs have four precise holes for medial column support and "kickstand screws" to provide stable fixation in the calcar neck, while preventing varus tilt and settling of the humeral head.

• Scalloped suture holes allow for soft tissue and tuberosity fixation after plate positioning and fixation

2. Fracture Reduction and Debridement

3. Position plate

4. Insert PF Pin

5. Drill angled proximal screw hole, determine screw length

6. Insert 3.5mm screw of choice (repeat for all angled holes)

7. Drill most proximal shaft hole, determine screw

8. Insert 3.5mm shaft screw of choice (repeat for all shaft holes) length
