ELDIABLO

A simple classic drink, who’s name is a translation of “The Devil”.

§ 45ml Golden Reposado Tequila § 2 x lime wedges

Build in a tall glass & top with gingerbeer. Drizzle with 15ml SHOTT Honey Blackcurrant and garnish with berries.

PASSIONFRUIT MOJITO

A classic Cuban Mojito with a twist of passionfruit.

§ 1/2 - Juicy fresh Lime cut into wedges § 15ml Sugar syrup § 20ml SHOTT Passionfruit § 8x Mint leaves § 45ml White Rum

Muddle lime & sugar vigorously, add mint leaves & gently press to release oils. Fill with crushed ice, add syrup & Rum. Top with soda & swizzle/stir. Garnish with a large mint sprig & sip through a straw to enjoy!

BLACKFOREST MARTINI

A sweet delicious dessert cocktail.

§ 20ml SHOTT Spiced Berry § 30ml Dark Creme de Cacao § 30ml Vanilla Vodka § 1/2 teaspoon chocolate powder

Shake & double strain into martini glass

§ 45ml Cream § 10ml SHOTT Caramel syrup

Shake without ice and layer over cocktail - Garnish with grated dark chocolate.

MEXICAN FIZZ

A pink fl uffy fi zz with a kick of Tequila.

§ 45ml Golden Reposado Tequila § 30ml SHOTT Cranberry & Lime § 10ml SHOTT Caramel § 15ml fresh (or pasteurized) egg white

Shake hard & strain into a tall glass over ice and top with soda water. Garnish with toasted marshmellows.

HOT TODDY

A classic recipe made with SHOTT for a premium twist.

§ 50ml Scotch Whisky § 45ml SHOTT Lemon Honey & Ginger

Build in a brandy ballon with 100ml of boiling water & stir. Garnish with a thick lemon twist pierced with 3 cloves.

HONEY BLACKCURRANT DAIQUIRI

A simple twist on the classic Daiquiri.

§ 60ml Bacardi Superior White Rum § 30ml Fresh lime juice § 15ml SHOTT Honey Blackcurrant

Shake hard and double strain into a Martini glass. Garnish with a lime twist.

A fancy improvement on this is to use 15mls less lime juice & drop in a scoop of lime sorbet garnished with a single mint leaf and a teaspoon so guests can eat it or mash it into the drink.

BLACKCURRANT CRUSH

A twist on a Caipiroska/Caipirhina.

§ 6 x Juicy fresh Lime wedges § 15ml Sugar syrup § 15ml SHOTT Honey Blackcurrant § 60ml Bacardi Superior White Rum

Muddle lime & syrup vigorously, fi ll with crushed ice, add Rum, swizzle/stir. Garnish with a large lime wedge on side of glass &/or frozen berries (defrosted).

PEAR & GINGER JULEP

A sweet delicious twist on the mint Julep.

§ 30ml SHOTT Pear & Ginger syrup § 8x fresh mint leaves § 60ml Bourbon § 30ml apple juice

Gently press mint leaves into the syrup to extract mint fl avour without tearing the mint.

Add Bourbon then fi ll with crushed ice and apple juice.

Swizzle/stir to mix all ingredients togetherTop with crushed ice & garnish with a large mint sprig.

Shake hard & double strain into a tall shot glass.

SPICED BERRY BRAMBLE

A modern classic made with SHOTT for a premium twist.

§ 60ml Bombay Sapphire Gin § 30ml fresh lemon juice § 5ml SHOTT Vanilla § 10ml SHOTT Spiced Berry

Shake & strain Gin, lemon & vanilla over crushed ice and drizzle with spiced berry syrup. Garnish with berries or a lemon wheel.
