We are pleased to see that our catalog is in your hands, giving us the chance to briefly introduce our company to you. In it you will

find a summary of who we are and what we represent as a company specializing in marketing and advertising in the region.

Shopper Shop is the result of dreaming big and for the impossible, and of working hard to make it happen.

It is an honor to be able to say that we are constantly involved in the strategic plans of multiple brands in different categories; it is a privilege to be able to say that we meet with a cookie representative in the morning, with a shampoo representative in the afternoon, with a whisky representative the next day and so on and so forth. Relating with so many clients in so many categories is what has made us true specialists in Shopper Marketing and communications at the point of sale.

It is our humble wish that you take a few minutes to review this presentation. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to become your strategic ally and join efforts with you to achieve the results you want for your brand.

OUR PLANT

We use the latest technology to manufacture high quality products in record time.

Our industrial platform is comprised of four fully integrated areas that allow us to manufacture metal, plastic, wood, cardboard and acrylic products and we manufacture the molds and die-cuts required for production.

We manufacture our displays using thermoformed plastics, wire, pipes, wood, acrylic, and cardboard, and we can print any image in full color with excellent resolution.

Every project starts with a brief, which contains the necessary information to clearly identify the path that the project must follow. This brief helps us analyze shopper insights, trade and sales requirements and the space available in the point of sale.

We offer truly innovative design solutions. We have the capacity to present renders and mechanical drawings in 48 hours. We have a team of industrial designers with experience in several markets, which set us apart from our competitors. All our design proposals undergo a strategic analysis to establish the proper insights and use them to generate the idea and the design.

Page 23: Shopper Shop Catalog - English

23

In only 5 days we can produce prototypes for our projects. The idea is to present our clients with a piece that resembles the desired outcome as much as possible and that is adjusted to the approved plan and concept. All of our prototypes are produced at no cost to the client, who can then use them to test capacity, strength, assembly, volume and even brand application.

All of our finished products have a manufacturer’s guarantee of up to *24 months against manufacturing defects. This allows us to prove to our clients that each of our products underwent a demanding process to select the materials, as well as strict quality controls.

*Warranty coverage will depend on selected materials, purpose and use of the display(s) and the time estimated for the display(s) to remain in the point of sale.

As part of the strategy of the Reese’s brand, we were entrusted with developing a

communication plan and display it in several US airports. The goal of this project was to create something exciting and engaging for the Brand that would motivate consumers to stop at the stores and take their pictures next to the display, to later post them in social networks. So we created store windows with scenes of New York, with a scaled landscape where not only all the skyscrapers could be seen, but also the digital interactive advertising of the brand with scaled billboards. These displays also had impressive 3D lighting in the backing, and banners with the slogan “try the perfect Mix”

This project was fully developed from the conceptual and creative phase, to the implementation in the point of sale. We controlled the permit process as well as the access to operate in each airport.

“Shopper Shop Team has been a pleasure to work with and I am very excited for the activations to date in terms of creativity and best in class execution. I look forward to the many project partnerships ahead”.

Given the large number of people that would pass through Miami International

Airport on their way to the Brazil World Cup in 2014, Maui Jim wanted to showcase his World Cup line models, together with the launching of his campaign “Like you’ve never seen”.

Our proposal for Maui Jim was a two piece display over a floor print. A piece showing the wonderful photographs of the brand, making us appreciate and value the world around us: turtles, flowers and scenes of Hawaii. There was another piece to display mainly the sunglasses, and on top it had a polage and a mirror. Thus, the consumer could try on the glasses and then look in the mirror, while appreciating the difference it makes to see the world through polarized lenses.

To launch Hershey’s advertising “Mix and Match any 3 travel retail exclusives and get a Hershey’s

free bag”, the idea was to highlight the gift bag and integrate it to the three brands: Kisses, Reese’s and Hershey’s. Each brand had its own visuals and products with its own personality, and had to be maximized and displayed to be entertaining while engaging, and to drive consumer impulse.

The display communicates the promotion, while presenting the various products that are part of the campaign.

The Bacardi brand entrusted us to create a luxury display for its premium brands,

specifically GREY GOOSE, DEWAR’S, BARCADI RON and BOMBAY SAPPHIRE. A truly luxury display was created, incorporating high quality materials such as tempered glass, embossed letters with metal covers, LED lighting and a bright acrylic lining. This project was fully developed by us, from design to manufacture, even including the distribution and placement in the points of sale.

An antitheft protection system was also created, with high impact doors and a top quality lock system to prevent any attempt to steal the product in the point of sale.

In order to increase awareness of the Bacardi Party Drink Brand and to

stimulate impulsive purchases in this category, a theme display was created, as well as a replica of the brand’s bottle. A high strength metal structure was built and different molds for thermoformed plastic were manufactured to line the structure with full color plastic accessories and prints of the brand. This display was for supermarkets and liquor stores.

In order to reinforce the unbeatable presence of Bacardi in the heart of

Miami, the Company established a strategic alliance to place an outdoor bar in the beautiful open spaces of the exclusive mall, The Shoppes at Midtown Miami.

The rounded lines of the original design aim at integrating the structure with the constant traffic of people, and invite consumers to enjoy the Bacardi experience under the wonderful weather that Florida offers night and day.

The challenge was to build a beautiful and elegant structure in high quality materials that could resist the high temperatures, strong rains and radiant sun, which are common in this beautiful place; the result, a practical, functional, and portable display that can be inserted in the fast-paced, modern and chic lifestyle of Midtown Miami.

In order to drive forward the Remy Martin Brand, we created an experiential

stand that was placed in terminals 3 and 7 of New York’s J. F. Kennedy Airport. It introduced the “Ice box” to the customers, an innovative cooling device where the bottle was placed and a sample of the cold product was dispensed. Lenticular printing with movement effects and LED lighting was used. This project was fully coordinated by us, from the creative development to its installation in both terminals.

Due to the different insights of consumers, the brand decided to

create a sandwich center, where the consumer could easily find the whole portfolio and variety of bread products, as well as everything related to sandwich preparation and consumption, such as, spices, snacks and sodas, among others. Several versions of the sandwich center were developed, with large thermoformed figures simulating a sandwich, and other versions that used small refrigerators to store butter and cheeses.

The goal was to create modular pieces with different applications at the point of sale, so they could either be hung or remain standing. This allowed us to aggressively and massively use the space in the different points of sale were the plan was implemented.
