Returns: Returns (not including custom products) can be made up to 14 days

from receipt of order. Returns received after 14 days and up to 30 days will

incur a 30% restocking fee. Returns after 30 days will not be refunded. Return

shipment costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom orders are

all sales final.

Delivery: Standard delivery is approx. 7-10 days after receipt of order and

payment for in stock items and all orders are shipped via USPS, Fed Ex, UPS

or DHL. Delivery for larger orders or for items that are out of stock may take

up to 3 weeks for delivery. Custom order delivery times may vary, depending

on style and quantity. Typically custom orders take 10 days-3 weeks for deliv-

ery.

Custom Engraved River Rocks $2.25/ea Natural river rocks range in size from 1 1/2” - 3 1/2” and vary in size and shape.

The polished stones can be customized with up to 15 words per side. Model 6412.

Minimum quantity purchase is 100 stones of the same design. Choose your own word,

phrase, logo or artwork to be engraved on natural river rocks. A unique and creative, gift,

favor, or motivational tool.

STONE SIZE & COLOR: Engraved River Stones measure approx. 2" - 3 1/4". Natural

stones vary in size and shape. Colors range from browns, tans, and greys and stones will

come in a mix of colors. Engraved stones are polished for a smooth finish.

CUSTOMIZATION: Stones can be customized with your own words, logos, or artwork

- up to 20 words can fit comfortably on these sized stones but please keep in mind font

size will vary depending on overall word count. One sided or two sided engraving is

available. Double sided engraving will be an additional $0.50/each per stone. There is no

set up fee or art charge.

FONT: There are a wide variety of fonts available to be engraved. The most common

fonts include Calibri, Times New Roman, Arial, Century Gothic, Baskerville Old Face,

Bradley Hand ITC, Tahoma, Century Schoolbook. If no font is indicated, Arial will

be used.

PRODUCTION TIME: Orders take approx. 2 weeks for production and delivery.

**Orders over 5000 stones take approx. 6 - 8 weeks.

Quantity discounts available for orders 500+.

Custom designs are all sales final and must be pre-paid.


Engraved Glass Stones - Custom Designs: $1.50/ea Glass stones measure approx. 1 1/8” - 1 1/2” d.

Stones can be customized with words or simple artwork. Model 6511.

Minimum quantity purchase is 100 stones of the same design. Stones can be

customized with your own words or artwork on one side of the stone. Double-

sided engraving is not available for glass stones.

STONE SIZE & COLOR: Glass stones measure approx. 1 1/8” d. so the sur-

face area is limited. We recommend up to no more then 8 - 9 characters per

word and very simple artwork. Stones can be customized with multiple lines,

but again, space is limited. I/Love/You or You/Rock would work. San Fran-

cisco/California would not.

You may choose a specific color scheme or stones will come assorted. Colors

include green, blue, amber, clear, white or black. Standard ink colors include

white, gold or black.
