Seiki AIR WIP Booking supports transparent, fric onless works order processing. Tracking the live progress of each ac ve opera on delivers insight into the shop floor adherence to plan, helping to improve your on- me delivery performance.

The system has been specifically designed with shop floor users in mind. The interface is unclu ered, easy to navigate and simple to learn, enabling operators to complete their daily work ac vi es with minimal effort. Our goal is to make it straigh orward for users to enter accurate, consistent produc on data that is of real benefit to your business.

WIP BookingThe Operator is able to confirm the start and comple on of each opera on. Depending on your system configura on, the WIP bookings will also dynamically update the opera on status in your scheduling system and can also be transferred to your ERP system.

Part CountThe quan ty of parts produced can be updated progressively during the batch, at the end of the shi , or entered upon comple on. Users are able to enter reasons for non-conformance to help iden fy improvement opportuni es for elimina ng errors and reducing waste.

Delivery Date AdherenceThe work queue provides users with forward visibility of the planned workload for each resource. Each opera on panel contains cri cal targets defined in planning, including planned batch setup and part produc on mes, start and finish mes, and the works order due date. Access to this data supports informed decision making and the ability to make a direct contribu on to on- me delivery performance.

The graphical progress bar indicates the status of each opera on and whether full part quan es have been booked. It enables users to quickly iden fy orders that are planned or due to be completed late. When evaluated in conjunc on with the order value (only available when imported from your ERP system) and any non-conformances, it’s easy to focus your team’s a en on on cri cal priority jobs.
