An increasing number of people are experiencing electrosensitivity and are hence affected by the microwave radiation emitted by cell phones and other wireless devices. For a growing number of people this microwave radiation can cause symptoms such as headaches, skin rashes, heart pain, and nausea!

MY PERSONAL STORY

I became ill in 2005. It took me six months before I even imagined the cause – but I did -- and that cause was in large part due to living in the vicinity of several cellular communications masts. My story is not unique – it is happening to people all over the world. Fortunately, more and more are being able to put two and two together and realize the source of their illnesses and symptoms. However, I imagine that the majority still have no idea what is causing these symptoms – and unfortunately neither do most of their doctors.

MY PERSONAL STORY

These illnesses go by many names – Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Heart Disease, Strokes, Multiple Sclerosis, Diabetes, Cancer, and Alzheimer's to name a few. Some have been around for a while, but all have increased drastically in the last thirty years – and there is research to show that electromagnetic radiation is and/or can be a factor in all of the above.

The symptoms I experienced are as follows:

 

Insomnia, Brain Fog, Memory Disturbances, Concentration Problems, Swollen Lymph Nodes, Extreme Fatigue, Intestinal Disturbances, Night Sweats, Chills, Weakened Immunity, Anxiety Attacks, Heart Pain and Palpitations, Dry and Irritated Eyes, Eye Pain, Vision Problems, Increased Allergies and Sensitivities, Excessive Thirst, Frequent Urination, and so on.

These are the same symptoms people living around cell phone towers are experiencing all over the world. And this is not just limited to anecdotal evidence. Numerous research studies also show these symptoms appearing in people living in the vicinity of cell phone masts. And what the research – along with a growing multitude of anecdotal evidence – is also showing is that cancer clusters start forming around these antennae after approximately five years.

Furthermore, the adverse effects are not just limited to human beings – but insects, amphibians (e.g. frogs, snakes, etc.), birds, animals, and plant life are also being affected.

 

The powerful Wireless Industry does not want this acknowledged by the general public and is doing what it can to obfuscate the issue.

SHORT-TERM IONIZING RADIATION = LONG-TERM NON-IONIZING RADIATION

Of particular significance is the work of Drs. Henry Lai and N.P. Singh (Environmental Health Perspectives, May, 2004) that found both double and single strand DNA breaks, …. These studies, taken with others, indicate that there is little difference between non-ionizing and ionizing radiation such as that from x-rays. The only factor that counts to living tissue is the exposure duration and/or whether the anatomy has compensating mechanisms sufficient to repair damage before it becomes permanent. Research is beginning to indicate that there may be no safe threshold for these exposures, just like for x-rays. All signs point to the fact that long-term low level exposure to nonionizing radiation is just as detrimental as short-term high intensity exposures to ionizing radiation. And if that’s the case, we are in trouble because non-ionizing radiation is everywhere and growing exponentially.

FINAL COMMENT: IF EVIL IS THE ABSENCE OF EMPATHY, IS COMPASSION THE ABSENCE OF SELFISHNESS?

I read recently in the Guardian about a researcher, Simon Baron Cohen, who stated that Evil was the absence of Empathy. There is a book called People of the Lie, where the author, M. Scott Peck, a Medical Doctor/Psychiatrist, concluded that many of his patients were in fact “evil” and he hence called them “The People of the Lie.” It is a known fact that people who are described as either Psychopaths or Sociopaths are devoid of any empathy. I have personally come to the conclusion that we have many psychopaths/sociopaths at the upper echelons of society – and these are indeed the “people of the lie” and that there is an unfortunate phenomena of “trickle-down psychopathology in our society. Hence, is compassion the absence of selfishness? And what can we do to reverse this negative trend of callousness and selfishness in our society and become more compassionate? Are things really more important than people?
