Project Description: ServiceNet provides warranty services for products(eg Electronic goods like Fridge, TV etc) bought by customers from vendors like LG, Best Buy , New egg retaliers.This is a Pega application built on CPM and Warranty framework and is called WIN (Warranty Information Network). Any customer who buys a product at Best Buy enters into a warranty with ServiceNet. Hence any issue that arises for the products will be servcied by ServiceNet during the warranty period.

First of all the CSR takes the call from the end user (customer) and creates a claim for the same. Once the Claim is created, then the CSR assigns an appropriate Service Provider for the same.

The Service Provider details are stored in Service Power tool (a 3rd part tool). We also integrate with Servicer DB where all the claim number related details are stored.
