AS IS THE CASE WITH MOST COMMERCIAL SPACES, IT OF-FICES GENERATE A LARGE CARBON FOOTPRINT IN TERMS OF THE AMOUNT OF E-WASTE PRODUCED AND COST OF MANUFACTURE AND ITS EFFECTS ON THE ENVIRMONMENT.TO BALANCE THIS OUT, THIS TOWER AIMS TO BE SELF SUFFIENT IN ITS ENERGY NEEDS BY IMPLEMENTATION OF SOLAR CAR PARKS, VERTICAL WIND TURBINES AND RAIN-WATER HARVESTING.

The Ground Floor Layout consists of the reception and lobby, the Md's Cabin, the Conference Hall, The Accounts and HR Department and the Services.

These spaces receive a larger footfall of outsiders compared to the main workstations itself and have hence been restricted to the easily accessible Ground Floor.

TheThe miniature Zen Gardens complement the somple finish of warm wood and pearl white and provide a calming effect to the observers.

The interiors are kept clean and simple for ease of maintenance and to achieve a simplistic contemporary style.

White Marble is used for the flooring of the reception area to withstand wear and tear.

WoodenWooden flooring is used for the Conference Hall and MD's Cabin as these are the formal spaces.

The rest of the area is carpetted for ease of concealing of wires. SE
