1403 Hrs I, Deputy Shaffer, was dispatched to 7143 Rippling Brook Ln Concord Twp, OH for a harassment complaint

1429 l-(rs I arrived on scene and spoke with the complainant, Bryan A. Reo, inside his residence He stated that in June or July of 2010, he was participating in a Skype conference when he made a remark about one of the other participants, Martin Lindstedt, and Mr Lindstedt has

/ been harassing Mr Reo ever since this encounter. Mr Reo stated that he also suspects Mr Luidstedt enlisted the help of John Britton and Russell Walker to assist him in continued threats and harassment against him He also stated that he suspects Mr Lindstedt used his name and e-mail address to suscribc to recieve solicitations from companies as a form of harassment. He advised that he has never personally met Mr Kindstedt, of 338 Rabbit Track Rd. Grandby, MO, and he has never personally met Mr Lmdestedt's friends, Mr Britton and Mr Walker

Mr Reo stated on November 29, 2010 John Britton, of 1008 Williams Rd Emmett, Idaho, threatened to shoot Mr Reo dead during Mr Lindstedt's Internet radio program

Mr Reo stated on January 27, 2011, Mr Lindstedt threatened Mr Reo during his internet blog radio program that Mr Reo would be, "found in a dumpster with his testicles in his mouth"

Mr Reo stated that on March 3, 2011 he recieved an e-mail from Russell Walker, of 176 Quewhiffle Rd Aberdeen, N Carolina, which apparently disseminated Mr Reo's public information gathered by Lexus Nexus (see attached e-mail and Lexus Nexus printout) He advised that his e-mail was sent to 30 other unknown individuals as a form of harassment

Mr. Reo stated that Mr Lindstedt also sent him a 15 page affidavit containing his ramblings response to Mr Reo's attempts to have Mr Lindstedts web pages taken down by his service provider for violating copyright laws (see attached)

Mr Reo said that Mr. Lindstedt is affiliated with the Aryan Nations of Missouri and does not want to be affiliated with Mr Lindstedt or his beliefs He advised he wished to have this documented with the Sheriff's Office and no further action to be taken I secured a written statement from Mr Reo (see attached)

1700 Hrs I responded to Mr Reo's residence and spoke with him about this matter He advised that he took the death threat from John Britton seriously, because he believed Mr Bntton had a crumnal history He advised that the death threat made by Martin Lindstedt may be "hot air", but he noted that Mr Lindstedt had an extensive criminal record

I asked him if there were any further developments and he advised that he heard from a friend that Mr Lindstedt regularly makes death threats about him on his internet radio show, but he has not heard these threats as he does not listen to the Internet radio anymore

(advised Mr Reo that this would be documented and to not' me as soon as possible if there were any further developments related to the death threats. Nothing further was requested and I concluded the conversation
