Shell Off-shore Training Programme in Gdańsk
In 2006 we been asked by Shell EP Europe for delivering high qualified staff for anticorrosion works.
Based on Shell requirements we decided to open Training Center for Anticorrosion Works in Gdańsk, Poland.
Detailed requirements covers various worldwide recognized standards provided by NORSOK/FROSIO, NACE, ASTM.
After months, we gained the experience in trainings sessions throughout several months an we are very well organized.
Each person has individual training programme, that has to be completed and certified. Tranings are combinated with work practice in the Polish and foreign shipyards.

Shell, have repeatedly expressed their interest that we should not deviate from the standards and /or the programme set to achieve the levels of operational support, required by Shell.
That's why our practical facility simulate real job conditions.

Rope access training is one of the tranings, which prepare workers to work at hight. Ropes are one of the technics of acceess to the workplaces on the platforms.
Shell stresses the importance of both English language and Health & Safety. Both trainings are connected with each other and have essential influance on the safety at work.
