WELCOME TO SHELL HOUSE

For your safety please note the following instructions:

� On hearing the evacuation tone (Whoop! Whoop! Whoop!) prepare to exit the building and proceed to the assembly area.

� Go to the nearest staircase, DO NOT use the elevators. Mobility impaired individuals need to alert the Fire Warden.

� Await instructions from the Fire Wardens and adhere to their direction at all times.

SHELL HOUSE FACILITIES

� Shell ID or visitor pass must be visible at all times on a lanyard around your neck.

� Visitors and guests must be accompanied by a Shell employee for the duration of their visit.

� If visiting, please return your badge and access card prior to departure.

� Observe all building signage and notices.

� Do not tailgate.

� Please do not leave valuables, bags or packages unattended.

� Laptop must be secured with a Kensington lock at all times.

� Smoking is only allowed in designated areas on Wellington Street.

� Upon arrival, proceed to Reception and register.

� The building safety induction must be completed before you can be issued a visitor access card.

� While waiting for your host, please make help yourself to a tea or coffee in the Refreshment Zone.

� At the conclusion of your visit please return your visitor access card to Reception.

� Child care Nido Early School Level 2, King Square 3

� Gym Surge Fitness Level 3, King Square 3

� External Visitor Meeting Rooms Level 1 and Level 11

� Health Suite and Medical Staff Level 1

� Wellness Room and Mother’s Area Level 1 in Health Suite
