Sheldon Clayton Logistics Group are an Independent Logistics Provider, proud to have serviced the transport industry for over 35 years. We had the foresight for collaboration, and now work with various industry services to offer the complete multimodal logistics solution. The Sheldon Clayton Group’s headquarters are located near West Bromwich at the heart of the British motorway network. Satellite depots are strategically located around the UK to deliver competitive professional services to our customers.

Sheldon Clayton Logistics has built its success on three decades of hard work and experience. The

family-owned and operated company, with the Sheldon family active in the day-to-day running of a

vibrant business, employing over one hundred people.

The company evolved from its beginnings in 1970’s starting out as a two-man haulier operation, the

organisation has grown steadily. Sheldon Clayton Logistics Group now turns over several millions of

pounds each year and owning commercial property throughout Great Britain, and development across

our main site including the build of a new warehouse.

Today Sheldon Clayton Logistics Group is much more than a haulage contractor, even though transport

is very much an integral part of our business. Through planned diversification, we offer services in

most aspects of the supply chain, keeping commerce alive with the efficient physical handling and

movement of goods.

Our clientele includes multi-national companies, many of whom are household names. These

companies have come to rely on us to provide consistent quality and professional services.

Scotland Groupage Sheldon Clayton Logistics Group was founded on it’s now renowned Scotland delivery services

which remains today a key service for the group, running overnight trunks to our two

distribution depots in Glasgow and Aberdeen.

Sheldon Clayton Logistics Group are well known to the oil and gas industry and also to most

industries in Scotland, we receive dozens of calls daily from clients throughout the UK, and indeed

Europe, requesting our services both for delivery to all parts of Scotland including the highlands and

Islands.

Our services to and from Scotland to all points south are well renowned and respected by thousands

of our clients over the past thirty eight years that Sheldon Clayton have been trading. Our services

include nightly groupage on a next day and pre 10 am to areas including Inverness, Aberdeen,

Dundee, Edinburgh, Glasgow and the West Coast.

We also deliver Part loads, half loads and Full loads up to 29,000 Kgs. Abnormal movements wide,

high and heavy are also services we provide.

Irish & Offshore Islands Home Delivery Services

Sheldon Clayton Group provide a full home delivery service for both light items under 25kg and

large consignments requiring 2 men or more.

Deliveries into the home are made with specialised delivery vehicles and fully experienced

staff with tailor made delivery equipment.

Deliveries can be made to room of choice and the packaging removed and taken away.

All deliveries are pre advised and can be delivered within a set time scale.

Returns service available from all islands.

Italy Groupage

Italian Groupage has long been a specialist service of the Sheldon Clayton Group

with staff exceeding 30+ years’ experience.

Sheldon Clayton Logistics Group Ship to and from Italy twice weekly offering express or

standard shipments, and have depots based in Brescia, Milan and Turin. We can

provide shipment solutions from a van pick up to a 17 tonne express vehicle, we are

confident we can meet customer needs for all consignments.

Warehousing Services The Sheldon Clayton Logistics Group has firmly entered the world of Logistics with in-excess of

250,000 sq. ft. of modern warehousing and investment within the latest handling equipment.

All warehouses have been purpose built in our secure 12.5 acre site, providing dedicated and

shared user general warehousing, the site boasts a wide range of products, clients and bespoke

requirements.

Our experienced staff will ensure we provide the right solution to you.

From e-fulfilment solutions to simple cross-dock and inventory management Sheldon Clayton

Logistics Group provide the complete suite of warehousing services.
