are rapidly depleting and water conservation is the need of the

hour.

In such a scenario threatened by paucity, it becomes critical to

examine our current sources of potable water. For every litre of

water that is processed through Reverse Osmosis, two litres of

water is wasted. And this figure is conservative. Depending upon

the quality of the raw water, more water per litre may be wasted.

Because not all water packaged in a Bluebottle is natural water.

More often than not, these blue bottles contain water that is processed through

various chemical and other purification processes to make it fit for drinking.

Technically, it’s known as Purified Drinking Water. Popularly, Packaged

Drinking Water.

Given that the raw water could be sourced from anywhere, these purification

processes are so designed (especially Reverse Osmosis) that along with the

negative elements present in the water, they even eliminate the healthy

Pressure Sand Filtration: This is done to remove allsuspended matters and turbidity from raw water.

Micron Cartridge Filtration Unit: Micron Cartridgefiltrations ensure that the water has absolutely nosuspended solids..

It goes through Absolute Filtration to remove theminutest bacteria and microbes if present in the water,although this is more a precautionary measure.

Activated Carbon Filtration because the water isnaturally organically stable and healthy and odourless.

Softening: because the TDS levels are at recommendedlevels naturally and are at a level that is healthy for humanconsumption.

RO Purification: The RO system rejects 97-99% of totallydissolved solids. This includes those salts that are beneficial tohuman health.
