Our TeamOur team have over 150 years packaging experience and we are allcommitted to helping our customers improve their packaging lineefficiencies through innovative carton design. Each customer has a dedicated Customer Service Representative who knows andunderstands the account. Their sole purpose is to ensure that youraccount runs as smoothly as possible on a daily basis.

Design FacilityWe have the latest CAD design software and plotter table operatedby our fully qualified design team. By thoroughly assessing yourpackaging requirements our team can provide bespoke designs tosuit your needs. We also offer the option of a free sampling service.

Manufacturing CapabilitiesSheard Packaging, over the last 5 years, has invested in excess of£6m into state of the art equipment and we now have an extensiveplant list with the capability to produce regular cases up to fivecolour print shelf ready packaging, flatbed, rotary die cuts and multi point glue work.

We service a wide rage of industry - from printing and distributioncentres to retail centres and offices. Our state of the art plantallows us to process various paper grades, cardboard, reels, reelends, plastics, general waste or special wastes.

Our flexibility and fleet of vehicles enhance our service. We offer fastand reliable collections, 24/7, for regular and ‘one-off’ collections.

RecyclingWe are one of the few independent wastepaper processors and waste transferstations that are accredited with ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004.

Our secure shredding service is efficient and confidential. All confidential material is collected and destroyed within 24hours. Our clients include insurance companies, accountants,solicitors, the police and document storage companies.

Our collection times are flexible, we work around you and we can virtually destroy any material, always at a competitive price.We have a full portfolio of secure containers which can be utilisedby you to contain your confidential data prior to collection

When we collect your confidential waste we will also dispose ofany other recyclable waste you have - free of charge - includingcardboard and paper.

All our staff are CRB checked, screened and vetted, will alwayscarry an ID badge and wear Sheard branded clothing.

Our secure site is monitored by CCTV surveillance and alarmedaround the clock. Our fleet of vehicles are fitted with alarms and immobilisers.

We openly extend an invitation to visit our site and view yourconfidential data being destroyed. Alternatively, we offer access toa web camera to view your data being destroyed on line, with a pre allocated viewing slot.

A scientific approach to choosing the right Board GradeSimply tell us which product goes in the box, the weight and where itis stored and by inputting these into our computer software it willautomatically advise the best board grade, taking out the guess work!

Sophisticated Stock ManagementOur new Enterprise Resource Planning system allows our customersto manage and replenish their stocks remotely. Let us know theminimum and maximum levels then leave the rest to us, making theprocurement process as simple as possible.
