Hampton Court Flower Show: 9-14th July 2013
This year, Surrey Heath is entering the Hampton Court Flower Show with a garden entitled “A Moveable Feast” which has been designed by Kate Turner from Flourish Community Garden and volunteer Army Wives from Deepcut.
01276 707338 www.surreyheath.gov.uk
Our ideas and designs were accepted on Friday 1 March 2013 and now the hard work begins!
The Army Wives are frequently relocated so they wanted to find ways of growing things they could take with them. That’s where the theme for the garden entry ‘A Moveable Feast’ came from.
It features a wide variety of edible plants and uses cheap and attractive ideas for growing that can easily be moved with The Army Wives or replaced at little cost.
Over the coming weeks and months we will be updating our website with photos, videos, blogs and news on the latest developments of the garden. You can follow the progress and interact with us: SurreyHeathBC
