SENIOR OPERATIONS MANAGER AND INSTRUCTOR responsible for all matters pertaining to morale, discipline, welfare, training, career development, professional conduct, safety, and unit readiness. To include disseminating and enforcing all policies to a Marine unit that consists of 225 personnel.

Performed as the assigned Inspector Instructor Commanding Officer for 7 months, ensuring the effective and efficient execution of all functional areas organic to active duty staff and a Marine Reserve Training Center to include Admin, Education, Training, Logistics, Facilities, Communications, Casualty Assistance Collections Officer, Funeral Honor Details Support, Community Relation Events, and Toys for Tots.

Gave periods of instruction using power point and lecture method covering veteran’s benefits, transition awareness, and annual training requirements.

Guided the company staff of 9 active duty Marines in developing goals, objectives for training standards, and objectives for 216 Reserve Marines and Sailors.

As an instructor conducted successful Officer Candidate School Prep training for 30 students and pre The Basic School Prep training for 21 commissioned Second Lieutenants.

Planned, coordinated, executed and supervised the training of a Navy and Marine ROTC Battalion for over 100 midshipman, 3 Officer Candidates, and 13 Marine Enlisted Commissioning Education Program students covering basic military knowledge, benefits, tactics, history, customs and courtesies, drill and ceremony, marksmanship, and physical fitness.
