Case Studies Broadcast – ‘Film & Video Services’ Solution: CBS Sports and WAGA-TV contracted TJ Sharitz (Sharitz Marketing Solutions), as a freelance field producer/director, camera operator, feature video editor and production company for college and professional football and basketball games, as well as local news feature broadcast. Utilizing both video and high-speed film cameras, Sharitz provided both live and taped broadcast productions. Situation: Warner Bros. Entertainment executives were filming various television shows in the south (Savannah, 7 th Heaven, Dawson’s Creek, etc.), and needed local film crews to work in concert with show producers to provide all necessary location support footage. Solution: WB contracted TJ Sharitz and Sharitz Marketing Solutions to coordinate and direct various second unit film crews for each television show and additional production projects, as well as provide video production services for Entertainment Tonight interviews and behind the scene segments. Over the several years, SHARITZ film crews used nose and side mounted Gyro-stabilized 16 & 35mm film Arriflex cameras to lens aerial footage of the cities of Savannah, Georgia and Wilmington, North Carolina, wetlands, beaches and sunrise. These film crews also lensed numerous ground locations for show producers to layer together with set footage to complete each final show.
