Share Large files with MicrosoftMicrosoft email accounts include free access to Microsoft’s cloud service OneDrive. OneDrive can be used to share files that are too large to email.

1. Sign in your email account using any web browser.

2. Select OneDrive by clicking on the menu tiles (top left of the window) and then clicking on the OneDrive tile.

3. Drag and drop the file you want to share into the browser window. It can help to resize the browser window. Note the Uploading 1 item to Files on the top right hand of the window. Large files may take a long time to upload.

4. When the file has finished uploading right click on the file and choose the Share from the pop-up menu.

5. Then choose the ‘Get a Link’ option from the pop-up menu, then click the Copy button to copy the link.

6. Paste the link in an email to the people you want to share the file with. And send the email
