Share Large Files With GoogleGoogle email accounts include free access to Google’s cloud service Google Drive. Google Drive can be used to share files that are too large to email.

1. In a web browser go to the Google home page and click the menu tiles at the top right hand side of the web page and click on the Drive tile.

2. Click the Go to Google Drive button.

3. Sign in using your Google email address and email password.

4. Drag and drop the file you want to share into the browser window. It can help to resize the browser window. Large files may take a long time to upload.

5. Wait until the file has uploaded, see the 1 upload complete message (bottom right of the browser window).

6. Right click on the uploaded file and choose the Share item in the pop-up menu.

7. Click the Get Shareable link option.

8. Click the Copy Link button to copy the link.

9. Paste the link into an email addressed to the people you want to share the file with and send the email.
