Booking Instruction

Sign In and Book

1. Sign in your Kerry Engagement account and click “Book Now” button.

A. If you have a Golden Circle account

1. Click “Sign In” button at left to sign in your existing Golden Circle account.

2. Fill in the Golden Circle membership number/Verified Email and Password into below pop up and click “Sign In” button.

3. You will be directed to www.shangri-la.com homepage to start your hotel booking.

B. If you DO NOT have a Golden Circle account

1. Click “Enroll” button at right and direct to Golden Circle Enrollment. You will need to create a Golden Circle (Shangri-La’s loyalty programme) account.

2. Fill in the Golden Circle enrollment form to create a Golden Circle account.

3. Click “Yes” after you finished enrollment.

4. You will be directed to www.shangri-la.com homepage to start your hotel booking.

Start Your Hotel Booking

1. Click the search bar to select the hotel, date and number of guests you want to book. Make sure

“Employee Rate” is selected in the rate selection field. Then click “Search” button.

2. Choose Employee Leisure Rates and click “Book Now” button.

3. Fill in the Guest Information and click “Next” to proceed with the reservation.

4. Fill in the payment details and click “Complete your reservation” button to finish the booking.
