High-efficiency and energy-saving are outstanding features
of Xinran medium pressure air compressor units. Each unit
equips unload start solenoid valve, self-refrigerated drain
valve which make the compressor starting much safer and
running more stable. Advanced control mode can efficiently
control each single compressor unit (support remote control).
Special air-cooling design can reduce the compressor’s
temperature.

products. The requirement of compressed air
quality becomes more strict, especially for food
and medical industries.
Xinran company produces and develops non-
lub air compressors from 7bar-40bar.
Xinran oil free air compressors achieves "Three No" and "Three Low"
Three No: no oil, no rust, no vibration
Three Low: low speed, low temperature, low noise. are shutdown and protected in case of oil shortage (optional)
Option: Star-delta starter, PIC intelligent control cabinet (electromagnetic starter included)
Option: Suitable air tank.
Xinran oil free air compressors have features:
1. By utilizing differential pressure principle, the compressors achieve non lubrication in the cylinders, which makes the compressed air reach oil free standard.
2. The compressors run stably with no vibration and can achieve no base installation.
3. Reduce the noise ≤75db(A).
4. No oil and rust in the outlet air. Low discharge air temperature.
5. High-efficiency moisture separator is used betwee stage 1 and stage 2 and it will remove 99% liquid water and achieve no wate.
6. The PLC intelligent controlled air compressor units can be selected. It optimizes system operation, ensures availability, and allows customers the flexibility to meet their needs.

◆ CoolerA. Plate-fin cooling ensures the compressor no tripping in high ambient temperature by forced exhaust, cooling lubricant and compressor inside temperature.B. Enlarged cooler can guarantee normal working of the compressor set even in conditions of high temperature and dusty. It prolongs cycle of the cooler cleaning and decreases the danger of the lubricant brought by high temperature working.C. Cooler in small compressor sets is designed separately with fan, which contributes to easy cleaning.

Characteristic:
Working Principle
Advanced TechnologyThis product is designed and made by our company based on the America HANKISON mature Technology and Domestic operation
condition,get more efficiency and stably.
Reverse mode to ExchangerLarge air-to-air heat exchangers remove over half of the heat load from the incoming air stream ,minimizing refrigeration system size
and power requirements.
Large surface area permits the compressed air stream to be consistently cooled to dew point.
Gas/Liquid Separated completelyTwo stage Separator removes 99% of condensed moisture.
The compressed air goes into the pre-cooler(18&19) for pre-cooling,then goes into
the heat exchanger(1),exchange the heat with returning compressed air, finally bring
down the temperature of compressed air,and draining out the condensate water. After
that,Compressed air will go into the Evaporator(2), exchange the heat with refrigerant,
then bring down the temperature of compressed air again, get suitable required
temperature dew point
When the Compressed air goes into the pre-cooler (18&19),Heat exchanger(1) and
Evaporator (2)bringing down the temperature step by step, the vapor of the air
coagulates liquid water,and then through gas/liquid separator(3),draining out the liquid
The dried air comes out from gas/liquid separator(3),next, goes through heat
exchanger(1) for other flow. It become calefactive when leaving the dryer, then bringing
down the relative Moisture.

Regenerative Principle
In pressure-swing (Heatless) dryers,desiccant is regenerated by
expanding a portion of the dried air (Called Purge Air ) to atmospheric
pressure and passing in over the off-stream bed. This"wing in pressure"
cause the expanded air to become very dry. The dry purge air pulls
(desorbs) moisture from the desiccant and carries it out of the dryer

Externally Heated Purge Desiccant Air Dryer is a new economic product developed by our company. This series product
adds a heater based on the Heatless Desiccant Dryer to heat the purge air. It not only benefits the regeneration effect but
also decrease regeneration purge loss. This series product integrates the advantages of Heated Purge and Heatless Purge
Desiccant Dryer. It efficiently avoids the disadvantages of short switching time and consuming most of the purge air of the
desiccant air dryer and wasting electricity of the heated air dryer. This product has got rationally switch time, little purge air
consumption, also being the most economical Desiccant dryer in this line and widely used in metallurgy ,electric,electron,
foodstuff,chemical industry,petroleum,medicine,light industry,cigarette,apparatus ,auto industry and so on.
Regenerative PrincipleExternally Heated Desiccant Air Dryer is integrated the advantages of PSA(Pressure Swing Adsorption) & TSA(Temperature
Swing Adsorption). Absorbing during normal temperature and dense water vapor; purging during relatively high temperature
and less density of water vapor. That is to say, absorb water of sorbent,purify during the purging period by superior purge
air of thermal diffusion and high pressure difference.

Product introduction
Condensate water and oil mixture exists in any compressed air system, the amount of which depends on the capacity,
condition and installation, and can reach from 10L to 10000L per month.
For example, one compressor with air capacity 5Nm3/min, air pressure 0.7Mpa, and 8 hours' working condition, the
condensate can amount to 30.4L per day, under 21°C environmental temperature, 1.03bar atmospheric pressure,
70% relative humidity.
According to environment protection law, oil condensate should be separated from oil water condensate mixture. After
appropriate treatment to meet the requirement of law, water condensate can be discharged into sewage system.
XR series waste oil separator , if installed correctly with proper model, is reliable in eliminating the floating oil condensate
and collecting in the oil collector. After separation, the oil content of water condensate is less than 10ppm, which meet the
emission standard.

Product introductionThis serial product is auxiliary equipments of air compressor, after which, the high temperature, high pressure compressed air is
cooled. Most of the vapour is condensated and discharged out of the compressor, in order to meet the working conditions of
downstream drying equipments. The medium of water cooling type is water, which will not be influenced by environmental temperature.
With small size, high cooling efficiency, easy maintenance, etc, it can adapt to environment of high temperature, high humidity, high
dust. Air cooling type can adapt to no water or water less environment.
