Shanghai International Sourcing Promotion Group Co., Ltd. (ISPG) is a state owned enterprise group. Founded in December 2011, it is strongly supported by the Ministry of Commerce, Shanghai Municipal Government, Shanghai Municipal Commision of Commerce and other government departments.
Our foundation is built on the International Sourcing Promotion Center (ISPC)’s superior resources, 10 years of experience, international brand recognition and professional team. Our strategic objective is to “build a new international sourcing industrial chain”. With the ISPC as our development core and the Shanghai International Sourcing Center Base as our headquarters, we take charge of four important functions of international sourcing: goods procurement, service procurement, technical trade and electronic business. We provide mutual service, globalisation, marketisation, branding and development for worldwide suppliers and buyers. For these reasons we are the “based in Shanghai, facing the world, serving the whole China” international level trade service platform.

The Shanghai International Sourcing Center Base Project is situated in the Changfeng Ecological Business District of Putuo district. It is an important project put together through the co-operation of the ISPG and the Putuo district government.
The main construction centers on two office towers, used as international sourcing headquarters, and an international exhibition center covering a total area of 145000m2. Construction was completed successfully in January 2012 and use will begin in teh secong half of 2013.
The complete construction area totals 200 hectares, with the Shanghai International Sourcing Center Base as the nucleus. It will build a stage for global buyers, suppliers and service providers and form an innovative “experimental zone” for policies, services and functions and serve as a model for innovative, modern service industrial parks in Shanghai.
