Dear Parents,Annual examinations and preboard ll will commence from 1h March 2021 to 13th March 2021, for classes 6h to 12t

and from 8th of March to 20th of march 2021 for classes L.K.G. to 5th During the examination, the school timing will be from 8:30 AM to 11:45 AM for classes 8" to 12h and 8:30 AM to 1045 AM for classes L.K.G. to 7th. If your ward is unable to attend the school at the time of examination

for any serious reason, prior information should accompany the application. No examination will either be anticipated Or postponed for students who absent themselves on a particular exam for whatsoever reason.Fee defaulters must clear all their dues up to 27th of Feb, 2021 otherwise they will not be allowed in Annual

examination. Only hard and honest work will see them through. If any student is caught using unfair means he/she will not be

allowed to continue with the paper nor he/she will be given any fresh answer scripts. Please counsel your ward about

this. Kindly make a note of the following points.

On 23d of March 2021 students of class I to 12th can see their examination copies with parents

(timing -9AM to 12 noon) Result distribution will be held on 3rd April 2021 from 9AM to 12 noon.

Students of classes 8th, 9th & 11th must score 33% for promotion to next higher class. Enrolment for new session 2021-22 will start in between of 7d April to 20th April in school fee counter of SVN

Devrakh. New session will begin from 5th April 2021 with Saraswati Pujan & Hawan by staff and students at 8:00 AM,

school will get over at 12 Noon.
