TERMS AND CONDITIONS We reserve the right to cancel bookings made or refuse a booking if the property becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the owners/proprietors control. PROPERTY IS NON SMOKING PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE PROPERTY We reserve the right to terminate the tenancy if pets are found to be inside the property and if smoking is occurring within the property. Check in time is 2.00pm and check out time is 11.00am unless prior arrangements have been made with owners. Please lock all doors and windows on departure. REMEMBER TO RETURN THE KEYS ON YOUR DEPARTURE! Balance of payment required 30 days prior to booking. Confirmation of booking will be sent after deposit is received.


RATES A $300 refundable security bond applies to all bookings. On inspection of property, if no damage/loss has been incurred to property, bond will be fully refunded. $130.00 per night – supply own linen $150.00 per night – linen supplied CANCELLATION CONDITIONS If cancelled 6 weeks prior to booking dates – full refund of deposit.
