MANDATORY EUROPE TRIP MEETING

There is a mandatory meeting Thursday, November 29, at 7 pm in the SHA Dining Hall. A parent must attend with a

student participant.

GROVE CITY OUTLET SHOPPING TRIP WITH SHA

Do you want to shop on a holiday weekend without the hassle of fighting for a parking spot? Come and join us for

a bus tour and TAX FREE shopping spectacular at the Grove City, PA Premium Outlets. All parents, family, and friends

are invited to join us for this shopping adventure!

The Grove City Outlets have the reputation of being one of the top Outlet Centers in America. The huge shopping

center was listed by the Value Retail News in August 2005 in their list of 20 top rated Outlet Centers of the United

States. The Grove City Outlet houses more than 140 stores, specifically brand-named outlets. Large discounts offered

by the stores are the main feature, and it is considered a bargain shopper's paradise as a customer can realize saving

between 25% and 65% while shopping there. The various stores in the outlet offer all kinds of shopping including the

new Vera Bradley outlet. There is something for everyone in the mall.

We will leave the Key Bank parking lot (next to the Academy) on December 8 at 7:00 m and return to the lot at

10:00 pm. Cost is $40/person – based on full bus capacity. Lunch and dinner will be on your own either in the mall’s

food court, or one of the many nearby restaurants. However, reservations will be made for a group dinner at the

adjacent “Elephant and the Castle Restaurant”. If you are interested in joining the group, please contact Eileen

Hettich at 834-2101 ext. 317 or [email protected] immediately – LOVE to have you join us on this

fun day!!!

SANDSTONE 2013

Please join us in the planning for the 7th annual Sandstone Party and Auction. Our first committee meeting will be

Tuesday, November 27, 2012 at 7 pm in the Faculty Dining Room (2nd floor) – see Page 7 for more details.

We welcome any parent willing to help with this event to come. If you want to be involved, but cannot make the

first date, please contact Beth Montague at [email protected]. It takes the work of many for a

successful event!
