Requests for Co!location may be denied due to the lack of sufficient space rn a Qwest Central Office for placement of NewPath's equipment, i f Cltires~ cletermines that the amcunt of space requested by NewPam for Caged Pkystcat Ccllocation is not available, but a lesser amount of space is available, that twser amount of space will be offered for Caged Physical Coflocration. Altematkvely, NewPath will be offered Cageless Physical Colltication (bay at a time), VtAuat Collocation or Adjacent Collocation (at NewPath's election) as an alfe~native tu Caged Physical Collocation. In the event the original col!ocation request is ~10: avaiiable due to lack of sufficient space, and NewPatis did not spectfy an alternat~ve form of collocation on the original order form, WewPath wrli be required to submit a new order for NewPath's preferred alternative collucaii~n arrangement. If an alternative was specified on the original order, then the alternative will immediately be considered without requiring a new appiica~ion forni and without extending the feasibility study intervals. In the event that Qwest requires additional Central Office space in order to satisfy i!s own business needs, additional space will be taken into consideration for Collu~allon as well.

2 Ci Requests for Collocation from NewPath will be processed on a first come, iirsi serve basis by Qwest, but in tne event NewPath submits requests far Collocation, such that more than five (5) requests per week, per state are received by Qwest, the following procedure shall apply:

2.6.1 Qwest and NewPath shall work cooperatively and in goad faith to establish a project plan and schedule to implement f\lewPathls requests for Collocation. The project plar; shall establish staggered due dates on both the up-front and ready-for-service dates, and outline responsihil&s for each Party;

The 72-fiber cabk shall be terminated on a Fiber Distribution Panel (FDP), A 12 fiber interconnection cable is placed between NewPath's collocatian space and the FDP. Cross-connect Fiber Entrance Facility -- The cross-connect fiber entrsrr68 facdsry provides fiber connectivity between NewPath's fiber facilities defivered to a C- POI and multiple locations within the Qwest Wire Center. NewP;tthls fiber c&tk is spliced into a Qwest provided shared fiber entrance cable rn 12 fikef increments. The Qwest fiber cable consists of six buffer tubes corrtainir'tq 12 fibers each for a 72-fiber cable. The 72-fiber cable terminates i r ~ a fiber distribution panel. This fiber distribution panel provides test access and Iiextbiiirty for cross connection to a second fiber distribution panel. Fitscr intercorrnecrrort~ cables in 4 and 12 fiber options connect the second fiber distributicx parzal and equipment locations in the Wire Center. This option has the ability to serve rnultiple locations or pieces of equipment within the office. 'This rtpfimr preurdas maximum flexibility in distributing fibers witinin the Central Office arrd readrig supports Virtual and Cageless Physical Collocation and rnuitrple G~~Provfdtt*~ lucatians in the office. This option also supporis transitions from one form sf collocation to another.
