Special thanks to The Bargains Group for

all the Winter Survival Kits & Sleeping bags

There’s an estimated 5500 homeless people living outside in Toronto

One of our

weekly duties

is to reach out

to the most vul-

nerable living

on the streets

with donated

items through

our mobile

operations unit.

Without these

essential items

we would not be

able to help so

many in need.

Special thanks to

Jody Steinhauer

and the

Engage and

Change Program

for including us

in the annual

Project Winter

Survival

every year.

Volunteer Spotlight

One of the backbones of every ministry are its

Volunteers. We are so thankful to the Lord for so many

committed Volunteers. Week in and out we need the

assistance of many leaders and Volunteers who help us

deliver many vital items to those living right on the

streets. We couldn't do it alone and we say a BIG

THANK YOU to all who have come on board to be our

team of committed leadership.

Winter was exceptionally cold once again for the homeless in downtown Toronto.

But thanks to so many of you, we met an abundance of needs for those living

right outside on the streets. From coats, to heavy tops, pants, hats, gloves

along with sleeping bags and blankets, we received so many awesome items

for those cold and extreme nights many need to survive outside.

We say thank you once again for all you have done.

It is with a heartfelt thanks we take a moment to thank all those special

groups and individuals that went beyond the call of duty to collect many

hundreds of pounds of clothing for us. Thank you to Yew-Thong Leong

who made a huge effort to bless us by collecting clothing including over

100 of winter coats so vitally needed. We thank Yew-Thong for all the

groups he contacted, asking them to help us. Thanks to the Students of

Ryerson University, Department of Architectural Sciences, to Generation

Church, to Logos Baptist Church and to the 8th Markham Scouts Group.

We say big thank you to each and everyone of you.

To Andre Dellerba and the entire group from iYeshua Richmond

Hill, thank you for the wonderful clothing. Thanks to Ingrid

Hunte for annual clothing donations, to Carlos Bocachica for

key winter items, and thanks to Hugh and Jeannette McCalla for

the timely donation of all the winter coats. To all we say thank

you for supporting us in this vital way.

Clothing donations

are always vitally

needed even at local

shelters. As seen

here we donated

clothing to Regent

Park Community

Center several times

over the winter.

A Message from Pastor Dean

What a year so far. A record number of people have tak-

en up our cause collecting vital clothing we use to help

the homeless. On behalf of our board, myself and my

wife we thank you for all the clothing donations. You are

a blessing to us.

And we wouldn't be able to do what we do without our

financial supporters. To you we say a huge thank you for

giving to make our work a joy to others and to see God’s

work advanced here in Toronto. Lastly and most importantly we thank God the Father for

the opportunity to be his light in dark places here in Toronto. Pastor Dean and Kim O’Connor

On Extreme Cold Alert days the homeless

need warmth and we are there to help.

From Street Ministry to Street Preaching were there to

help make a difference
