Setting up your iQ3Here’s how to set up your iQ3 to access the world of Foxtel entertainment.
1 First up, let’s check you’ve got all the goods
2 Connect your iQ3 to your TV
3 Pair your Bluetooth remote
5 Connect your iQ3 to the internet
6 Tune your free-to-air channels
– If you’re upgrading your box, use your existing Foxtel, HDMI and Ethernet cables where possible.
– Once you’re connected, turn your TV back on and select the HDMI source you’ve connected to.
– You will see a black screen for a couple of minutes and then just follow the prompts.
To get the most out of your iQ3 features, connect your Ethernet cable from your internet access point to the back of the iQ3, or connect to WiFi by following these steps:
To receive your free-to-air channels* off your TV aerial, check you’ve connected your iQ3 to your aerial wall plate, then:

Select Home on your iQ3 remote, then arrow right and select Settings.
Select Home, arrow right and select Settings.
Select WiFi.
Select Full Scan.
Select Internet Connection.
Select Terrestrial Channels from Settings.
Select your network.
Select Begin Scan.
Enter your WiFi password, select Done and you will be advised once connected.
Once scan is complete select View TV Guide.

4 Call 1300 732 681 to activate your iQ3
Insert the batteries provided into your remote. The blue light on your remote will start flashing.
Press and hold the Home button on the iQ3 remote until the light at the top of your remote stops flashing and remains blue, then you’re all set!
Once the standby button on your iQ3 has turned blue, bring your remote to the front of your box. Brush your hand slowly across the front of your iQ3 until the front panel lights up.
Don’t be a maverick – make sure your TV (and existing Foxtel box if you have one) is turned off at the wall.
