Set Up an Account

Open your web browser and go to wwwwixcom Once the page has loaded click the ldquoGet Startedrdquo button

Click on ldquoSign Uprdquo

Create your account

Enter your email and a password and click the ldquoSign Uprdquo button to create your new Wix account

When you reach this screen click ldquoSkiprdquo in the bottom right hand corner

Click the ldquoChoose a Templaterdquo button

Wix will provide a variety of templates from which you can choose You can search for key words or sort by categories using the menu on the left

To preview a template hover your mouse over it and click the ldquoViewrdquo button When you are ready to make your selection hover over the template yoursquore choosing and click the ldquoEditrdquo button

IMPORTANT Once you choose a template Wix does not allow you to change it so be sure to take your time when making your choice

Congratulations Your initial account set up is now complete Wix will now take you to your editor where you can begin developing your website
