Key data example: based only on fuel (petrol) Versus fuel (electricity)

The five project cars have covered approx 11000miles to date;

At £0.30 per mile the fuel cost would be £3300At £0.40 per mile the fuel cost would be £440011000miles in a petrol car would cost £1760

The e-Cars have cost £380._______________________________________________________________

R Milligan

e-Car electricity cost approx £0.035 per milePetrol car fuel cost approx £0.16 per mile

So…

if there is a £10000 difference between a comparable spec e-Car and petrol car, then based on the fuel cost only, it would break even at 79500 miles

I would like to thank all the partners for their help in making this a success

We are looking for further partnerships…R Milligan
