Restored landscapes be given legal protection. 2. Forest Cooperatives to ensure benefits flow to local communities. 3. A basket of benefits ranging from carbon credits, voluntary carbon offsets, tourism revenues, state schemes and benefactor funds to be channeled to communities through public-private partnerships.
