DESCRIPTION

Servopress LS oils are specially developed forcylinder lubrication of high pressure syn-gasreciprocating compressors used in fertiliser plants.This oil is blended from carefully selected basestocks having low sulphur content.

Synthetic gas contains Nitrogen and Hydrogen inthe ratio of 1: 3 The syn-gas is passed overcatalyst beds in convertor where temperatureprevails in the range of 550-570°C. Usage ofServopress LS oil, due to its inherent low sulphur,ensures a longer life of the catalyst.

APPLICATION

APPLICATION

This grade can also be used with advantage incold rolling of steel and not rolling of aluminium.To obtain stable emulsion, oil should be added towater and not vice versa. DESCRIPTIONServorubber 24 is a light bodied, naphthenic typerubber process oil specially developed for theautomotive tyre and tube manufacturingindustries, as well as for general usage in variousunits producing rubber goods. This is an ASTM103 Type oil.Servorubber 24 can be used for processing naturalrubber as well as butyl rubber.Servorubber 24 due to its non-staining nature isused with advantage in the production of whitewall automotive tyre and light colour rubbercomponents.

APPLICATION

Servorubber 24 is used as one of the essentialcomponents in the processing of rubber for themanufacture of automotive tyres, tubes and manyother moulded rubber goods. The ease ofprocessibility of rubber compound and the tensilestrength of the finished product are the two mostimportant properties in a large number of rubberproducts. The dynamic properties like low heatbuild up and good rebound resilience are theadditional properties, which improve the overallquality, in case of automotive tyres.

DESCRIPTION Servorubbess 70 is medium bodiedpredominantly paraffinic type rubber process oil.This product is an excellent ingredient for themanufacture of various rubber products from bothnatural as well as Synthetic rubber. This is anASTM 104 Type oil. Servorubbess 70 isformulated from carefully selected highly refined,solvent extracted base stocks of low sulphurcontent.Servorubbess 70 helps in achieving lower millingtemperature, shorter milling time thus resulting insubstantial savings in power consumption. Ithelps impart low heat buildup properties, andgood air retention ability, and hence is mostlypreferred by the automotive tube manufacturingunits.

APPLICATION

Servorubbess 70 is primarily used in thecompounding of rubber for procession ofautomotive compound particularly where butylrubber is used. The selection of a process oil forcompounding of rubber, needs carefulconsideration as the type of oil used affects thefinal properties of goods manufactured.Servorubbess 70 improves the elongation strengthand tear strength of the cured stocks. DESCRIPTION

Servo Orchard Spray Oil has been speciallydeveloped for the protection of apple trees fromthe ill effects of San Jose scale. The use of thisproduct results in healthier trees and helps toincrease the apple crop. This product is blendedfrom selected high quality base stocks, and it doesnot have any toxic influence.

APPLICATION

Servo orchard Spray Oil is specificallyrecommended for spraying on the apple orchards,in the form of an emulsion in water, so as tocontrol the disease caused by the attack of a pestcalled San Jose scale. The spraying of theemulsion dissolves the waxy protective shield ofthe insect and the oil film envelops it thus forminga barrier, which cuts off its air supply. The pestsare choked to death due to suffocation orrespiratory failure.

To make a stable and homogeneous emulsion, theoil should be added to the water and not vice-versa, with continuous stirring. Servo OrchardSpray Oil can also be used for protection ofeucalyptus, cinchona etc.

Servo Rubber Spray Oil is a low viscosity oil ofselected hydro-carbons, specially developed foruse in rubber plantations. This product is anexcellent carrier for spraying copper oxychlorideon rubber plantations to combat the severe attackby the fungus “PHYTOPHTHORA” which leadsto abnormal leaf fall affecting the vitality of thetrees and resulting in loss of latex yield.

APPLICATION

Servo Rubber Spray Oil is specificallyrecommended for spraying on rubber plantations.The mixture of Servo Rubber Spray Oil andcopper oxychloride is conveniently applied eitherby minimicron sprayers or aerial spraying. Thespreading characteristics of the oil enables thecopper particles to readily and uniformlydistribute on the leaf surfaces and leaf stalks,while at the same time not permitting the copperto be easily washed out.
