Red Wing uses rigorous methods to ensure that component materials and fi nished products meet or exceed industry standards and uphold the company’s reputation for producing high quality, purpose-built work footwear. We do the majority of our footwear testing before we send it to a fi nal third party for ASTM certifi cation. Now that ASTM standards have been updated to ASTM F2413-11, Red Wing has been working to ensure all products are tested and comply with these new standards.

If during the fi rst thirty (30) days immediately following your purchase you are not satisfi ed with the comfort of your Red Wing brand footwear for whatever reason, Red Wing will refund the purchase price to you, no questions asked, provided you still have your dated receipt of purchase. No adjustment will be given without the original receipt of purchase. You must return your footwear to the Red Wing Shoe dealer from which the footwear was purchased. Only one return per customer.

Service after the Sale: This statement all too often defi nes the point at which many other vendors fail to deliver. At Red Wing, we believe that developing and nurturing a strong business relationship with our industrial accounts is the cornerstone of our success, and one that is unparalleled in the footwear industry today. Whether your employees are walking through the door of one of our retailers, climbing on board one of our many on-site mobile shoe stores, or simply receiving footwear on their doorstep, Red Wing and its host of retailers are prepared to offer service after the sale, insuring your full satisfaction.

LOCAL ACCOUNT PROGRAMS:

Red Wing has fully-trained Industrial Sales Managers and/or Territory Sales Managers ready to support your facilities on a local level. Working hand-in-hand with our Retailers and Operations Managers, they can offer their knowledge and expertise as it relates to how to best service your facilities within their geographical “neighborhood.”

NATIONAL ACCOUNT PROGRAMS:

Support Team: Your account will be serviced with a National Accounts Manager and a National Account Specialist.

National Accounts Manager: This individual serves as your single point of contact who will interact with your corporate representative(s) to assist in the management and administration of your safety footwear program as it relates to Red Wing.

National Accounts Specialist: This individual stands ready to answer any of your employee’s questions specifi c to your program, as well as interacting with your Safety, Accounts Payable, Payroll and Human Resources departments to insure that your program remains “HassleFree."

PURPOSE-BUILT PRICING ADVANTAGES

Sales Volume: Leveraging the potential of your total buying power works very much in favor of your company. The more pairs we can anticipate selling to your company, the more attractive the incentive price we can offer.

Payroll Deduction: Whenever your employee can walk into one of our retail stores or onto one of our Mobile Shoe Stores, purchase a shoe/boot without having to pull out their wallet or pocketbook, the more incented they will be to make their footwear decision based on features & benefi ts, and not solely on price. This feature also expedites the purchase process by eliminating the need to exchange cash, validate checks or process credit cards.

Subsidy/Company Contribution: A company contribution or subsidy offers the most obvious benefi t of assisting the employee with their safety footwear expense. This benefi t serves to bolster the employee’s morale with regards to their company’s overall concern with the employee’s safety and well-being, as well as enabling the employee to acquire the proper footwear recommended or required by the company. The company contribution may also serve to satisfy any legal ramifi cations with regards to providing proper PPE (personal protective equipment) when deemed necessary by OSHA.

Exclusivity: An exclusive arrangement between the company and Red Wing Brands of America assures us that we will have the optimum opportunity of retaining all of your business for the duration of the agreed upon contract period, thus maximizing our sales potential. The benefi t to your company is realized in achieving a consistency in controlling service, price and reporting.

Q: How long does it take to establish a National Agreement and roll-out the program?

A: Depending upon the complexity of the program, we can roll-out your footwear program within a matter of weeks.

Q: What steps are taken to insure proper work fl ow of the authorization forms and invoices?

A: As a best practice, we conduct a conference call between all of the individuals involved in the administration of your program on your side with your National Accounts Manager and National Account Specialist prior to the roll-out of your program.

Q: What if the store or mobile unit doesn’t have the shoe in stock that my employee wants to purchase?

A: The Red Wing Sales Representative will measure the customer for that shoe and will either have it shipped directly to the customer’s company or home address, or contact the customer upon the shoe’s arrival at the retail store for pick-up.

Q: What happens if there is a defect or material failure with the Red Wing, Irish Setter Work or WORX shoes we have purchased?

A: Any service or product quality issues need to be addressed by the original retail location that the shoes were purchased from. The retailers have been instructed to properly service and address all questions/issues with regards to the performance and warranty of our footwear.

Q. Will we need to sign a contract with your company?

A: All of our National Accounts are required to sign a one page Program Agreement that simply states the responsibilities and expectations of both parties. The Program Agreement serves as a Scope of Work for Red Wing, and offers a level of accountability for both parties. If you are not satisfi ed with the program, you are not locked in.

Q: When can we begin to use the Authorization Form to purchase approved safety footwear?

A: The program has been set up to provide your company employees with the opportunity to purchase footwear upon release of the fi nalized Authorization Form and the completion of the conference call. At that time local participating Red Wing Shoe retailers will be aware of your program and ready to offer their services.

Q: Are the Authorization Forms transferrable between employees?

A: No. The form is only valid for the name of the employee recorded on the voucher. The retailer is required to ask for photo ID as proof of identifi cation.

Q: Does the Authorization Form have an expiration date?

A: We strongly recommend the use of an expiration date to assist in assuring your employees acquire their footwear in a timely manner, as well as providing additional security in the use of the authorization form. If your form has an expiration date on it, your employee must redeem the authorization form prior to this expiration date in order for their form to be valid. If the authorization form does not have an expiration date, we would highly recommend your employees redeem their vouchers at their earliest convenience to mitigate the opportunity of the form being lost or stolen.

Reinhart implemented a formal safety shoe program in January. After experiencing many employee-vendor issues

in the first three years of the program, we came to Red Wing to learn more about your “Hassle-Free program."

We liked what we heard and made a switch to Red Wing as our primary vendor of safety shoes for all Reinhart
