La fijación del sprinter al troquel se realiza con dos tornillos allen delante y dos de cabezahexagonal atrás para facilitar el acceso a ellos. Todos los tornillos llevan dos arandelas Nord-Lockpara evitar que la vibración los afloje.

No fabricamos la bandeja, para que conforme la geometría de la misma a su conveniencia, no obstante si suministramos material para su fabricación.

Si le surge cualquier duda sobre cómo fabricarla CONSULTENOS.

Sprinter fixation to the die is made by two allen head screws in the front side and two hexagonalhead screws in the back side, in order to facilitate the access to them. All the screws take two Nord-Locksocket-pans to prevent the vibration slack them.

Tray is not usually manufactured, but we can supply material for its manufacturing.

1.- CONDICIONES DEL AIRE:

La presión de funcionamiento de los sprinters está entre los 5 y los 7 bares. Aunque la red de aire sea de 6 o 7 bar. hay que tener en cuenta que si ponemos varios vibradores alimentados por una misma tubería, el caudal se repartirá entre ellos reduciéndose la presión que llega a cada vibrador. Para evitar esto es recomendable montar el circuito y comprobar con un manómetro la presión que llega a cada uno de los sprinters. Si no llegara a alguno de ellos la presión recomendada la solución está en utilizar una manguera de alimentación de mayor diámetro para que llegue más caudal al circuito.

1. - CONDITIONS FOR THE AIR:

Sprinters operating pressure is between 5 and 7 bar. Although the air network is 6 or 7 bar, it is necessary to consider that whenever several sprinters are connected to the same tube, air volume flow is shared among all of them, reducing pressure in each sprinter unit. In order to avoid it, we recommend to mount the circuit and to verify the pressure in each sprinter with a manometer. If the pressure coming to some of the them is not the recommended pressure, a solution can be found by using a greater diameter feeding hose, in order to let arrive the circuit the volume necessary.

La instalación del aire debe estar dotada de un conjunto regulador-secador que lubrique y elimine los condensados del aire. La función de secado es imprescindible para evitar el óxido. La lubricación es recomendable ya que de no disponer de ella habría que lubricar periódicamente el vibrador.No lubricar nunca con grasas muy densas sino con aceites de poca viscosidad.

2.- CUESTIONES FRECUENTES:

Antes de conectar el circuito de aire hay que asegurarse que las conexiones estén bien sujetas.

- El vibrador hace una carrera y se para:

*Mirar como está el regulador del escape. Esto suele ocurrir cuando el regulador está muy cerrado. El vibrador debe funcionar bien con el regulador completa ente abierto.

- El vibrador se para al aplicarle una pequeña resistencia o al hacer un número pequeño de ciclos:

* Mirar la presión que le llega a cada vibrador, puede que la presión sea menor de 5 bar.. Si conectamos el circuito de los vibradores con la línea de aire de la prensa hay que tener en cuenta que ésta tiene mecanismos que absorberán parte del caudal.

* Comprobar que la bandeja no roce con ninguna parte del troquel o cualquier otro objeto. Mirar también que no haya quedado ningún objeto entre la bandeja y el troquel.

* Comprobar que la bandeja esté bien apoyada y que no haga saltos.

*Regular la salida de aire.

2. - FREQUENT ASKED QUESTIONS:

Before connecting the air circuit, make sure the connections are well fastened.

- the sprinter makes one stroke and stops:

* Check the scape regulator. This usually happens when the regulator is too closed. Sprinter must work in the right way with the regulator completely opened.

- Sprinter stops when applying it to a small resistance or after making a small number of cycles:

* Check the pressure coming to each sprinter, the pressure could be lower than 5 bar. If we connect the sprinters circuit to the air network, it is necessary to consider that the air network has mechanisms that will absorb part of the volume.

* Verify that the tray does not have friction with any part of the die or any other object. Also check there is no other object between the tray and the die.

* Verify that the tray is supported on the right way and that does not make jumps.

* Regulate the exit of air.

- Es imprescindible que la bandeja no roce con ninguna parte del troquel u otro objeto ya que el rozamiento producido podría parar el vibrador. Lo mismo ocurre si se quedan piezas “ pepitas “ entre la bandeja y el troquel. Esto se puede evitar fácilmente colocando caídas de agua:

- Es muy importante tambien que la bandeja o cualquier parte móvil no roce con las tuberías, ya que podrían dañarse reduciendo el caudal de aire que llega al sprinter e imposibilitaría la regulacion de aire.

- It is indispensable that the tray does not have friction with any part of the die or any other object because the this could stop the vibrator. The same will happen if punches are placed between the tray and the die. It can be easily avoided by setting flashings.

- It is very important that the tray or any movil part do not have friction with the tubes, because it could damage them by reducing the air volume that comes to the sprinter and making impossible air regulation flow.
