Modern technologies that allow testing of almost everythingEye tracking, on-device cameras, 4K displays, interactive multi-touch panels and wireless streaming ensure that you will catch every detail of the users’ interaction with your product.

A friendly and comfortable environmentOur testing and observation rooms are spacious, comfortable and air-conditioned. A large smart wall in the observation room allows the team to take notes and evaluate information in the course of testing.

Professional moderators and UX experts at your disposalIf you are missing some experts, need help with preparation of the prototype or require assistance with facilitating the testing, we can provide our specialists who will take care of your product and idea.

Possibility of streaming the testing session or interview onlineFor those who are not able to attend in person, we can provide protected online HD streaming though public online services or directly to your secured environment.

Good coffee and other refreshments Validating ideas is mentally consuming. To refill your energy, you can grab a coffee, water, juice or even visit our Automat restaurant located right in the building.

Good location, on-site parking and a magnificent viewOur office is on Italská Street, near the main railway station, which ensures convenient accessibility by any method of transportation. We also have visitors’ parking in the building. And the view of the Prague Castle.

Our goal was to create a comfortable and convenient space to validate ideas, products, and services – not only for ourselves, but also for our clients. Hence we have combined our experience in usability research with a vision of what a modern and efficient Usability Lab should look like.

How can you use our Usability Lab?The setup and equipment of our lab allows you to conduct various types of research and tests.

Testing roomOffers space for up to 15 participants, so you can easily run different types of research activities: deep-dive individual interviews, test prototypes, validate ideas, panel discussions or design sprints.

Equipment of the room includes several HD cameras, high-sensitivity microphones, eye tracking and on-device cameras, which allow observation of every emotion and detail of a user‘s interaction with the prototype or product.

The room is designed in a way to make respondents feel comfortable, as if they were in their living rooms.

Observation roomOffers the space for up to 12 observers and is equipped with a large 4K display and several HD displays, which allow for displaying images from every camera in the testing room.

A large smart wall allows the research team to write down observations and collaborate on ideas in real time.
