Think Before You Throw. Reduce and Reuse.Keep things out of the landfill to minimize environmental impact and reduce greenhouse gases. Donate reusable items to reduce your impact.

As an example, donate worn items to a second-hand store or clothing drive. Even clothing, sheets, etc., that are in poor condition may be repurposed as rags.

Oversized Cardboard Collection Cardboard too large for the cart may be flattened and placed at the curb next to your recycling cart.

FREE Curbside Used Oil and Oil Filters Collection Residents will be allowed to recycle up to two (2) gallons of used oil each month using this service. NEW! Place WM provided jug (available upon request) containers next to recycling cart.

FREE Kitchen Food Waste Pails – available by request January 1, 2018 Use a WM provided kitchen food pail or other reusable container to collect food scraps and empty into your organics cart. You may also collect food scraps with paper bags or newspapers, then place the material into your organics cart. Prior to January 1, 2018, please continue to place food waste in the trash cart.
