Provisioning solutions
For your entry into service, Services by Air-bus offers an optimised initial provisioning package covering all material to start your operation.
Provisioning packages Relying on the aircraft manufacturer tech-nical expertise, we will help you to select and define the right scope tailored to your operations and needs; using the Recom-mended Spare Parts List as a baseline. These packages aim to consolidate the provisioning of new and used vendor parts and integrate other material categories as per the individual requirements of each specific customer. Airbus will be your single focal point taking over order handling, sourcing, tracing of parts as well as the consolidation. We take care of all provisioning orders and shipments with each single supplier and provide you with a regular update of the order status. All parts will be inspected and quality assured by Airbus.
Fly Away Kit Packages Based on the Fly Away Kit Recommenda-tion, all parts and tooling required to take on-board can be purchased via an Airbus Fly Away Kit Package deal at attractive conditions. The Fly Away Kit solution is the appropriate one for operators having special requirements: This solution provides the most convenient way of purchasing all spares of the Fly Away Kit Recommendation. To minimise your administration process and to save time, all parts are offered as a set price from one source. Airbus will take over the parts ordering for you. By taking the recommended parts and tooling on board the aircraft operators can become independent of local parts, too-ling availabilities and service providers. It is designed to save grounding time caused by potential spares parts shortages at exotic destinations. To go one step further, we offer on-board storage solution on-demand, meaning all parts will be integrated into one container to ensure easy handling during operations. Airbus can offer on-request customised on-board storage solution with two different options to enable highly flexible operations and match your operational needs as fol-lows: • Airframe solution or
• Container storage solution.
For the container, the size of that package is optimised for on-aircraft storage within a LD3-46 container.

Airbus Managed Inventory (AMI) service offers collaborative parts planning and au-tomated replenishment (of a configurable scope) of high usage non repairable parts, such as consumables, expendables and standard parts. Capturing the customer’s material consumption creates triggers to launch the replenishment process, thus significantly reducing the ordering cost, whilst achieving optimum inventories at agreed performance levels. The enhanced off-shelf availability of parts contributes to reduced aircraft maintenance turn-around times. Airbus manages the customer’s inventory level, for a customised scope of high usage parts in the customer’s warehouse, based
on an automated continuous replenishment process. Airbus optimises the inventory level through analysis of the parts’ consumption close to real-time. Recurring and resource intensive steps can be eliminated from order process. Inventory planning, ordering, order follow-up and the transportation process are ma-naged by Airbus. The customer may opt to configure the service to include an ever increasing amount of manufacturer parts and Standard Hard-ware parts. This promotes the service to a dependable source of maintenance parts providing sustained service levels at a pre-dictable cost to the customer.

Your benefits Vertical+ product family encompasses Obs-tacle datasets (Area 1 and Area 2), Terrain datasets and eTODs (electronic Terrain and Obstacle Databases). These products are all derived from high resolution satellite data and can be tailored to customer needs.
Description of data characteristics:
• Terrain datasets provide continuous ele-vation of the ground and, if desired, vege-tation and man-made structures over the area of interest, with a typical resolution of 1 value each 10 meters;
• Obstacle datasets are discrete collections of 3D models of objects that could pose a hazard to air navigation, according to regulation or to customer specifications;
• eTOD refers to the combination of Terrain and Obstacle datasets.
Traditional eTOD production implies aerial scanning and ground surveys.
An advanced satellite technology allows acquiring data in a cheaper and more efficient way, and over areas where aerial and ground surveys are prohibited.

Maintenance and Structure Training courses Maintenance Training
The Airbus Competence Training (ACT) concept has been efficiently deployed by Airbus over recent years. This concept, a learning-by-doing approach, focuses on operationally-oriented training and is appro-ved by the airworthiness authorities. By combining the ACT Trainer and the Virtual Aircraft, you can reduce your prac-tical training time on a real aircraft by 50%, contributing to its decreased downtime and associated costs.
ACT can be made available at your facilities either via short term lease of our ACT mobile classroom or through a long term solution (5 years): ACT Suite
Based on ACT, the Airbus Maintenance Mo-bile classroom aims at making Airbus-stan-dard courses, instructors and technology even more widely available around the world.
