Every day the reception team greet us with smiles which makes coming in to Garden Studios a pleasure. They are great at looking after our visitors too, remembering faces and making everyone feel welcome
Courier services Our couriers are speedy and efficient offering local, national and international deliveries.
Stationery We have negotiated an excellent deal with our suppliers for clients at Garden Studios offering discounts up to 50%. Networking Our clients often comment on how they feel part of a larger organisation because of the genuine friendliness, warmth and can-do attitude of the Garden Studios’ team. Clients connect at reception, events, parties and through the fun things that we do at Garden Studios. We like you to feel that we are part of your team.
Reception Accessed from Shelton Street, our reception area is situated on the ground floor in the main entrance of Garden Studios. Our experienced team of receptionists provide a friendly welcome and professional service to you and your visitors.
PA/Secretarial servicesWe offer secretarial services and PA services such as photocopying, binding, laminating, faxing, and diverting telephones in your absence. If you’re running late for a meeting, just let us know – we’ll welcome and look after your clients.
Postal services All post is sorted and ready for collection each morning. Outgoing mail is collected each evening at 4.45 pm from reception. We can frank your outgoing mail and organise special (e.g. guaranteed) deliveries.
Photocopying We have three photocopiers with colour copy and scan options If you have a large amount of photocopying to do, our receptionists will do this for you, charged at the hourly secretarial rate, plus the usual cost of the copies.

Offices: All units are furnished and maintained to a high standard and air-conditioning and heating is included. IT and telecommunications are configured to your requirements (see technology section)
Minimum Terms: 12 months, Notice period: 3 months. We can occa-sionally accommodate shorter lets.

Fac i l i t ies
Kitchens: We have three fully equipped kitchens in the building, each providing a seating area for enjoying your coffee or lunch away from your desk. Coffee making stations and a cold drink vending machine are also available.
Security: Garden Studios takes security very seriously.
The building is alarmed after hours with the Metropolitan Police recommended Redcare system.
The alarm system is monitored 24/7 and there is CCTV surveillance throughout the building. All visitors are signed in andout at reception.

Technology
Telephone System We have a fully maintained IP telephone system offering advanced functionality. You will be offered a choice of IP handsets to suit your requirements.
Telephony Charges Outgoing calls are charged at standard BT business rates. DDI (direct dial in) numbers are a one-off fee of £100 when you sign up. You get to chose your own number from our range. IP Handsets: A monthly fee of £10-15 each applies depending on the model you choose.
IT ConfigurationWhen you decide to move in we agree on an IT solution that will suit your requirements and then get this set up for you in advance. On your moving in day this is then simply plug and play so your downtime between moves is minimal.
Managed NetworksA secure VLAN (managed network) is included in your monthly licence fee. The equipment is kept in our secure communications room, connected to your office through CAT5 cabling. This means that troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrades, and changes can take place with minimal disruption to you. It minimises messy cabling in your office too.
Internet Access/Leased Line Connectivity Shared leased line internet access is included in your monthly fee. This is suitable for general email and web browsing. Larger/segregated bandwidths are available from £60 a month. The line is dedicated to Garden Studios and monitored 24/7. An ADSL backup line is in place in case of the line going down.
Computer Support We have secured a deal with a support company offering IT maintenance and backup. There’s a helpdesk and callouts are at very competitive prices. If it’s something that needs more specific technical knowledge (e.g. Virtual Private Networks), we’ve negotiated very cost effective rates.

Meet ing roomsOur meeting rooms in Covent Garden offer great facilities in the heart of the theatre and media district and benefit from excellent transport links by bus, tube and train and convenient NCP parking. A complementary range of catering facilities available with each room booking.

Internet accessFree internet access is available in all of our meeting rooms.
EquipmentAll equipment is included in the room hire price except for the digital projector at £10.00 per hour and laptop hire at £5.00 per hour. All rooms have data outlets and electrical sockets to support use of laptops and presentation equipment.
Refreshments and cateringCoffee, tea and biscuits are included in the room hire cost. Still and sparkling bottled water can be provided at an additional charge. We are also able to arrange full catering for your meeting, but do require 24 hours’ notice. Please contact us for menus and ideas.
