The new basic coding is passed on to the FAZIT central database. It is not necessary to renew all the components integrated in the immobiliser after the theft e.g. of the engine control unit. All vehicle keys which still functioned previously and the electromechanical steering column lock will no longer be able to be used after recoding has taken place! The following selection is available: 1. Adjustment of the entitlement to drive system to the existing immobiliser 2. Isuing a new identity for the immobiliser with matching of components 3.
