One of the crucial parts to the FFA is to be able to recite the FFA Creed. This year Erica Gaither won at the Chapter level in this contest and advanced on to Regionals. Caldwell’s Senior Par- liamentary Procedure Team competed at Region- als as well. This year the contest was a little differ- ent because the rules of parliamentary law were changed to enable Ken- tucky to have an equal op- portunity on the national playing field. The contest this year consisted of two parts: a 25 question quiz and the actual display of how a meeting would run. Team members consisted of: Shelbie Rogers, Renee Laurent, Jerilynn Cravens, Jacey Gill, Olivia Blood- worth, Cody Baker, Layne Bannister, Carly Stewart, Jacob Ray, Teddy Taylor and Brice Whittington. The team came home with a Superior Second rating. In addition, Caldwell’s Junior Parliamentary Pro- cedure Team competed in Murray as well. Their contest was the same as in previous years. Team members included: Zoe Rustin, Carrie Monaghan, Erica Gaither, Dakota Knight, Becca Markham, Crystal Kelley, Emma Peek, Brittany Noel and Ben McGregor.
