What is Service Learning?Service learning is a process where someone can perform duty to benefit oneself and the community, who he or she performed that duty. Within this process of performing duty, we are able to enhance and educated our self and our community through learning and establishing new things.

Lutheran Burbank Elementary School

Goals of this School/class?Provide all support necessary to implement sound instructional

practices, ongoing assessments, and intervention strategies that will allow all students to master grade-level standards by providing instruction that will accommodate the variety of ways that children learn.

Activities that are given will help benefit and influencing students to be creative in his or her work and future.

How does your SL Project address the needs of the Class?

By allowing students to be engage, creative, open minded and enjoy doing art relate activities that connects them to different subjects, activities and lessons done inside of class. Students are not just able to be creative but learn things visually and physically.
